Charged again after confirmation of cancellation

I went through this with Aurelle and Bloom in January. They cancelled the VIP membership, and refunded me. They’ve changed their business name, so you’ll be getting charges from “aurellevip”.

Imagine my surprise to see that they’ve charged me again three months later, despite promises they had cancelled my “membership”.

Nothing but deceptive practices at this point. I contacted you during the initial 60 days, filled in your form and you still are charging me, despite cancellation.

Please immediately refund my March charge, and cancel the membership.

Scammers and thieves

If I could give a zero, I would. This company is nothing but a money grabbing scam.

I purchased an item, and received said item, in December 2024. Unknowingly to me, they had signed me up for their 'VIP Membership' as part of my purchase. When I went back later to check, it was sneakily hidden in their T&Cs.

I immediately cancelled my membership, which took 4-5 emails, most of which were ignored. Finally they confirmed my cancellation.

Imagine my surprise when today, 3 months later, I find yet another charge on my credit card from these thieves!! Now I have to cancel my entire credit card so they can't take another cent from me.

Please do not make the same mistake as I did, and do not buy from this company. They are nothing but disgusting scammers and thieves.

Unable to cancel VIP Membership

Ordered 2 sets of pjs in December and shipping took a long time, over 4 weeks. Now I see I am being charged a monthly $29 VIP Membership fee and I want to cancel, but it's not easy. An order number is required, but I have no record of an order number and it's not something I have been able to find on my account on their website. It's very frustrating.

AVOID this company - SCAM

AVOID this company. I stupidly ordered the Taylor Swift pajamas in December- two pairs - and was unknowingly placed in a "VIP subscription membership." This was not clear or transparent in the order as I NEVER would have ordered this if I had known I was going to pay $29.99 a month for this "service." There has been zero communication regarding this service until the charge showed up on my credit card this month. PLEASE avoid this company and this experience.

Scam

Scam! Scam! Scam! Ordered the taylor swift pajamas in December. Got enrolled into the vip membership crap program. Immediately cancelled the membership. Yet 3 months later we’re getting charges again. This is scammy company committing fraud.

CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS even after you cancel your "membership"

Was automatically enrolled into their "membership" program after purchasing the Taylor Swift piano calendar in December 2024. Took me forever to get through to them or to get any response to cancel my "membership." I was assured in December 2024 my membership was cancelled and lo + behold today, 3/5/25 another $29.99 membership charge on my card. Was told my account was cancelled, have definitely NOT shopped there again and a new charge appears 3 months later. If you were told your account was "cancelled" like me, keep checking your statements... they might try to sneak back in again 3 months later. TOTAL SCAM!

SCAM Business

I too have had the same horrible experience with this company. Ordered TS pajamas for Christmas gift in November. Did not receive the order until second week of January and then charged $29.99 VIP membership fee before I even got my product. I did reach out to them and fill out the form on Dec. 31, 2024 to cancel "membership", did not get a response from them until January 28th. acknowledging the cancellation and now they have charged my card AGAIN!! Sent another email and left a message, no one ever answers the phone. This company is a SCAM, don't do it. Now after reading all these bad reviews, I am going to cancel my card.

Despite being assured by this company that my account would not be charged again 29.99 for a subscription I did not purchase, they continue to charge my card. Despite their assurances that my info was deleted from their database. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. If I could give them a rating of -5 I would.

Buyers beware

Buyers beware, they are an absolute scam company. If you purchase anything from them, they automoratically enroll you with no notice anywhere uppon checkout that they will continually charge your card $29.99/month for some bogu membership to their company for 3 months. They never answer their phone calls or emails or anything, and continually keep charging your card no matter how many times you try to stop it, it's really horrible!

UPDATE to reply, never received a refund or never reached out to me (10 days have passed), so again BEWARE!

I ordered from Aurelle&Bloom on Jan. 11. Couldn't find out when the package would be delivered for weeks, but finally it was delivered. I was so relieved, and I told the company so, over the weekend. What a mistake. Today I noticed a charge for $29.99, the so-called VIP membership fee that others have complained about. Why now? I thought I had escaped. I want my money back, immediately. Buyer Beware of this Company

I ordered an item 2 weeks before Christmas for my daughter, which didn’t arrive until 5 weeks after. In the meantime, I was charged a membership fee of 29.99. I called them to inquire about the item purchased and no one has ever gotten back to me. I also emailed their customer service and received no response. I have called them again about this membership fee and will wait to see if I get a refund or not. This is a shady company. Thank goodness for my bank in notifying me of this charge. Buyer beware.

Don’t get scammed

If I could give a zero score I would. Like many reviewers on this site, I feel scammed after buying the Taylor Swift pajamas for my grand daughter. Took forever to get them but was happy they finally came. Now I feel scammed that they charged me another $29.99 monthly subscription that I wasn’t aware of because it is in very small print saying there is a price to get “their discounted”
prices. I emailed them immediately to say I was VERY disappointed in the way they do business and that they should be upfront about this additional membership. I definitely feel scammed and hope you read the terrible reviews that this company gets before you purchase from them. Buyer beware…I am still waiting for my refund since they were so devious in charging for a membership!!!!!!’

Similar to others below. I have been scammed by the unadvertised VIP membership. Please beware when you use this company that they will charge a 29.99 recurring subscription fee WITHOUT telling you that you are signing up for it. This is wrong on so many levels.
