An absolute disgrace! Foolishly ordered a dress, which looked very good on the video. When it arrived I could not believe how terrible it was. The material was cheap and shabby, but worse than that was the quality of the workmanship. I have seen children in school sew to a better standard. I would not pay £5:00 for this, let alone the £35.00 which I partted with. Of course, there was no return label or address or anything. So basically a complete con. Do not buy from this company.

Absolute fraudsters , trading standards should shutting this company down for robbing people left right and centre.

Take my word for it and the majority of others below , do not purchase ANYTHING its a complete con.

I ordered a Backpack on 10 October and never received my order. I have emailed them on multiple occasions and nobody has replied to me at all. I either want a refund or the item I ordered, but to be ignored completely is unacceptable. AVOID AUREN MAGAZINE PURCHASES AT ALL COST! YOU WILL JUST BE ROBBED OF YOUR MONEY.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago. No item delivered and no contact from company. Have requested refund now. Avoid this company at all cost

PLEASE do not buy from this company. It is fraud . No item recieved, tracking number does not work and after countless emails they have never replied. Very distasteful this can happen. Be careful !

Absolute rubbish. My so called linen dress has a label on it saying 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Looks like a rag. Tried to contact the company as no return label provided. No reply to emails. What a scam.

My money has been taken. No notifications received, no acknowledgement nothing. Cannot even track as no order number. Wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered

Same as all the others - ordered a linen square neck dress - got a 100% polyester round neck - appalling quality. Ignores all contact. Getting my refund through my credit card company. These sites should be taken down, they must be illegal. AVOID!!!!!

DO NOT BUY!!! Appalling quality, looks nothing like advertised on the website, and good luck trying to get a refund! After multiple attempts to contact for a refund they eventually responded with a pathetic offer of a 10% discount. Would have given no stars if it was possible. Avoid, avoid avoid!

I would have given no stars if I could have. Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. I ordered a dress which looked fab on website, same complaints as previous reviews. Took ages to come, from China, looks absolutely nothing like advertised, material is cheap, finishing awful, style completely different from website, this is a complete scam. I have emailed 3 times so far and no response to any of them.

I would give no stars ! Ordered a dress , looks nothing like the glamorous advert ! Looks like an off cut of the cheapest material in the world ! Last time I buy anything from the internet from any company I don’t know ! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !

I was expecting a beautiful cotton dress with 'hand embellished' detailing. The pattern is the same as the dress on the website but it is certainly not the quality I expected and not worth what I was charged. It's not cotton or hand embellished.

Do not order from this company I ordered a linen dress took ages to come, quality is cheap Chinese rubbish no care label no Company label. I have tried at least 5 times to get in touch for a refund nothing. Complete scam. Did anyone manage to get a refund?

Over £100 to £35 took forever to arrive via china no mention on the website of this. Anyway the quality is simply shocking more like pjs and feel so cheap. Ripped off basically.

First of all, this company is not based in London as you may be led to believe from the name.
Secondly, the beautiful photos of their various clothes on their website are all air brushed or something different. I ordered their so named solid colour trousers in white after seeing how beautiful it looked on the website. Despite waiting more than two weeks to receive it, what I got was no where near that on the photo. It’s almost a pyjamas, I must say or to put it straight, I received a clean white rag. I have been duped! Don’t buy from them.

Be very cautious if you decide to purchase items from “Auren London”. The website is very similar in style to the Celtyn.com on-line site and has almost identical stories, “final clearance” sales, and so called trading history. I note that Celtyn.com now shows as “closed down”.
We ordered two dresses from Celtyn and they turned out to be made in China, of very poor quality, with no sewn-in care instructions or even “Celtyn” company labels. We wanted to return the dresses for a full refund, but they would only offer a 40 % refund….
Auren London, as a physical shop, has never existed and, almost certainly, “James & Catherine Walker” do not exist and all photos on the website are computer generated.
All the 5* reviews are fake; they don’t link back to any customer survey web sites
