There was a delay on the delivery but they communicated it verry well. and it took then ages for my payment to be credited to their account which is uncomfortable.

My order arrived today after only…3 days
My order arrived today after only waiting 3 days after paying Katie is so nice and customer caring ringing me a few times to put me at ease because I had bad experience's with other gold companies
It was a good that everything was done so fast and my presents for my mother and girlfriend came before Xmas also my own bit of metal
I will be dealing with aurum metal invest in the future and sticking with them and if I could I would give them 10 stars but obviously I can't
Anyway I would advise any body buying metal for gifts investment or whatever your reasons is to do so with aurum
You will not find a better company thank you Katie for everything brilliant service

Thrustworthy Company
Just received the bullion that I ordered from Aurum, everything went well, no problems. It took a week or so longer than expected but every time there was an update about my shipment Katie made sure to let me know so I knew what was happening.
