Trevor at Austen & Blake

We visited our local Austen & Blake store in Nottingham as was overwhelmed looking online with the options, was greeted right away with calm voices and smiles. Plenty of space to look , explained how looked online and couldn't work out the clarity and other details that came with. Trevor sat us down , offered us a beer and prosecco which made the experience of getting engaged more special. Showed me options and explained the difference in clarity , sizes and colours in detail not rushed and at our pace. Helped find the stunning Sabrina ring and remembered I was looking for an oval shape and it was perfect. We ordered immediately and now collected and even more stunning in person. Everything has been perfect from start to finish and can't wait to return one day soon for a wedding band. Highly recommend and thank you again Trevor at Nottingham store.

A**, Top Notch Professional Service

Absolutely superb, professional service from start to finish with attention to detail at the forefront of their service. I was assisted by Shivarni from the Nottingham store and she couldn't do enough for me - she was an absolute star and is a credit to the company. Her help and guidance was much appreciated. I received regular updates on the progress of the engagement ring I purchased and the after sales service was second to none. Faultless Experience

Shivarni has been great in helping me get the right engagement ring for my partner, I had an idea of what I wanted and Shivarni took the time to explain the various speciations, options and differences in diamond / ring spec. Trevor was very helpful and attentive

Trevor was very helpful and attentive, showing us the different types of metals (upon request). They were very helpful during the sizing process and explained how the sizing works. All costs associated to the insurance were explained in detail and not pushed on us.

Ideal experience for an engagement ring purchase

Great customer service from the start. I had three seperate apointments at Austen & Blake with Trevor as my consultant. Never did I feel pressured or uncomfortable as this was a first for me. Trevor explained everything, showing multiple options and talking through all the different variations as well as physically showing me the difference between diamonds and ring types. I couldn't be happier with the ring I purchased and neither can my now fiance.

Excellent experience.

From beginning to end I thoroughly recommend Austen and Blake Nottingham.
We were welcomed by Consultant Trevor, who after listening to my requirements showed me two rings one of which was perfect.

We left the store to think about it and while having a coffee I was emailed with all details of the ring. I decided it was exactly what I wanted and such a unique ring.

On returning to purchase all went smoothly. The service we received was exceptional.

The ring was ready in 3 weeks and upon collection I was thrilled with how beautiful it was.

For me the whole experience was brilliant, the communication spot on. I would definitely return for any future jewellery purchase.

Excellent Customer Service and Knowledge

Matt from the Nottingham branch was fantastic in assisting my Fiancée and I with the purchase of 2 wedding rings and a replacement engagement ring. I had never worn any jewellery before, so I was apprehensive about my sizing, style and colour. Matt presented me with multiple options, and as a result, I received a perfect ring. My Fiancée had chosen 2 unique wedding rings to combine as a bridal set. Although the rings were not present in the shop, we managed to order the perfect pairing. Unfortunately, the sizing was incorrect on first receipt of the rings, but Matt's college was quick to assist with the resizing and ordering of the new rings.

I went with Austen & Blake for my custom wedding ring

I went with Austen & Blake for my wedding ring because the two staff members (Mitch and Trevor) I spoke to throughout my experience were the only jewellers who recognised that I was the customer as the groom and treated me as such - all the other jewellers we tried were not interested in me and directed most questions/conversations to my fiancée. We walked in without an appointment to browse and ask some questions and the service with Austen & Blake was next level - they maintained the friendly, really personal and super helpful approach every time I visited the store. Mitch and Trevor were always patient and effective in hearing and answering my questions and I genuinely felt they were as excited as I was. The ring is perfect and all the better for having a positive experience and service which has made wedding planning a lot less stressful - I would recommend them - this store in particular - to absolutely anybody.

Purchased wedding rings from Austen and Blake

We recently bought our wedding rings from here and had a great experience! Making an appointment was very easy and the store called ahead to ask for more information about what we were looking for. When we arrived everyone was very friendly and helpful! Hamzah was extremely helpful and helped myself and my partner find exactly what we were looking for and was very patient with our endless questions! The rings arrived very quickly and are perfect!

Matthew at Nottingham is an asset to…

Matthew at Nottingham is an asset to you guys, we got ignored by a another member of staff but as soon as Matthew saw us, he offered us drinks sat us down and spoke to us trying to understand what we were after. He patiently showed us/me many rings and allow me to try them on, he then even went above and beyond to get some additional rings in which I wished to see before making my decision. Now I’ve just got to wait for it to arrive and for me to collect it!

Diamond tennis bracelet

It was disappointing when our diamond tennis bracelet broke but when we took it back to Austen & Blake they sent it away for an assessment and it was with great great pleasure they repaired it and there was no charge amazing
