Excellent Knowledgeable Service
We have dealt with Kirsty, Assistant Manager, for both my wife's Engagement Ring and our Wedding Rings. Kirsty is extremely knowledgeable on diamonds and ring settings, something we found lacking amongst staff in other big name high-street jewellers. We would highly recommend A&B as you pay a fair price for quality diamonds / precious metals, not over-inflated prices seen with the 'glitzy' big name brands.

First class service!
We stumbled on Austen & Blake while pondering over a ring we'd spotted in another shop. Kirsty greeted us and went over all the options from chosing the diamond, ring style, colours & quality. Something we'd never seen before for picking a ring. We then realized what we was comparing with and decided on a much better quality ring with them and ordered it. Kirsty kept us in the loop while waiting for our bespoke ring to arrived and present it beautifully on arrival. My wife is over-the-moon with our choice and I'd highly recommend giving Austen & Blake a try when looking for a ring. Thank you!

I highly recommend Austen Blake jewellery Nottingham. I brought a new diamond bridal ring set for my 20 year wedding anniversary. I received excellent service and advice from Matt on the choice of rings they had to offer and catered for me within my budget. Matt was very helpful and provided me with all the options which made it easy for me to choose the ring I wanted. The ring was especially manufactured for me ( does not come off the shelf) making it extra special.

Great Assistance from Alanna
My partner and I visited Austin & Blake to purchase an engagement ring and was assisted by a lovely lady called Alanna. She was extremely helpful and showed us through a wide selection of rings and styles.
We were able to make a decision on the day and Alanna was great at keeping us up to date with the progres of the ring.
We have been to collect today and are very happy 😊 , we will definitely visit again when the time comes to purchase wedding bands.
