I used the cove mattress and it was incredible, bit during the sleep study, my family grew, so the queen I purchased was not big enough. So I reached out about returning my mattress, and instead they helped connect me with local charities who could donate the mattress to a refugee family instead. It was the easiest most heartwarming process. I 1000% will recommend this company to anyone in the future!

I recently got married and my wife told me that she wakes up each morning with an achy back. I then had no choice but to look for something soon and I was pretty clueless on what to get. I had searched online and heard about latex mattresses being great for people with back issues. The online company I was considering buying from had horrible customer service. After almost 2wks of not getting anywhere with them, I decided to try locally. Austin Natural Mattress was the first company I called and I was happy to find out they carried latex mattresses. When we came to the store later in the week, we met Steve Chandler and he was very patient and pleasant in explaining to us about the differences in mattresses, especially in regards to natural latex. After we explained how sometimes my wife needs firmer or softer, he steered us to the perfect mattress that allowed us to adjust the firmness whenever we want. In addition, we could even adjust different firmness levels on each half of the mattress. At the end of it, we were a bit overwhelmed with all the choices, so told Steve we needed another day to think over what he had shown us. He was very understanding and patient and just wanted us to be happy with whatever we end up with. The next day, we came back and Steve was still as pleasant and patient as ever. We decided to go with the mattress he recommended that allowed us to customize the different firmness levels whenever we would like. However, due to COVID-19, production for the latex mattress had slowed down and it could be several weeks or longer before we get our mattress. Because of the daily discomfort my wife was experiencing, especially with her recent shoulder dislocation & bone fracture, Steve was very empathetic and offered us a loaner mattress to hold us over until our mattress arrives. We were very pleasantly surprised and touched at his kindness. Sure enough, the next day, I got a text that the loaner mattress will be delivered in a couple of days. That is just great customer service that no online store can beat! I am very grateful to Steve because my wife will be very happy to not wake up with an achy back each morning. After all, they say happy wife, happy life!

My husband and I have been searching for several long months for a non-toxic, comfortable and affordable mattress. We found them at Austin Natural Mattress! We've been "swimming" through the big box stores and the myriad of online bed-in-a-box brands, watched countless YouTube videos on latex vs hybrid vs inner coil springs and natural vs organic...it's been a journey to say the least! Austin Natural Mattress came up in my Google search for a natural latex mattress in Texas. Turns out this store doesn't carry anything that is toxic or harmful, giving you a big selection of safe and comfortable mattresses, what a blessing! Store Manager, Bert, was incredibly helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We truly appreciate everything he's helped us with. We're looking forward to our new Nirvana latex mattresses for ourselves and our son. Additionally, we're starting our next decade-long mattress relationship with adjustable bases! I had the BEST experience with Austin Natural Mattress. Steve was incredibly knowledgeable about all things mattresses and materials and chemical free living, he helped me feel confident in my purchase! I found a great mattress at a better price than the chemical filled ones at the big box stores! To top off my great experience in the store, they gave me SAME DAY DELIVERY which was unheard of anywhere else. I went into Austin Natural Mattress looking for a massage table topper. Steve was super creative - although they do not carry massage table toppers, he was able to help me choose a bed insert that is almost exactly the same size as a massage table. I wanted an Austin Natural Mattress product because I trust the quality and the clean factor. My topper is 100% plant latex with a 100% organic cotton cover. I am 1000% satisfied because Steve was able to give me a great labor day price, the highest quality product, and it is so comfortable. Also Steve is a kind and super knowledgeable person, genuinely interested in matching the client to the right product. You really can't beat all of that! We're lucky in Austin to have such an amazing natural mattress store.

The descriptions on the website for some products were scant or missing. We’ve bought our last two mattresses here, though, and we trust the quality of all the products sold here.
