This is my second time buying a mattress here. Charles was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He helped my partner find a firm mattress for his back in our price range. He also went out of his way to make sure we had the mattress and related supplies we needed in time for our move.

All their products are clean and I LOVE that they don't contain harmful chemicals or flame retardants. If I need another matres for my growing family, I'll be back!

I just got my new mattress and I love it! When I went into the store on Burnet Charles was very knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to talk with. There was no pressure and delivery was fast. I will definitely be back for some pillows.

Charles at Austin Natural Mattress is what customer service should be. He was extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses and other products they carry. I never felt the typical sales pressure of buying out of my price range or buying that day. Charles let me walk around (on several different occasions) trying every bed in my price range. Never did he push me towards one specific mattress, he simple answered my questions as I asked them. The result was I purchased a mattress that was not only one I could afford but I feel good about sleeping on because of the materials used to make it. I don't remember the last time I sleep this well and woke up rested and pain free. If your in the market for a new mattress go to Austin Natural Mattress and see Charles.

I have had a great experiences buying from Charles at Austin Natural Mattress. He's straightforward in helping me find the best beds for my needs with no salesy pressure. I'm on my second bed with them, second decade and have loved both. It takes a little while from ordering to delivery, but it it has been worth the wait! Plus I love the pillows and sheets they sell. An incredible store and wonderful mattresses! First off, EVERYTHING is chemical free! As a consumer, this was HUGE for me. On top of that, the mattresses are BEYOND comfortable!! I've been buying here for years. I've ended up getting married, having kids, turning into a real live adult, and I always find myself back here. I love that everything's non-toxic and I've found I have a soft spot for Naturepedic stuff. I have a pillowtop that is DREAMY and I'm so glad I went from a queen to a king. It's a huge difference and so very worth it. This place is great!
