I ordered an A-grade laptop and received a disgusting-looking garbage laptop. I returned it immediately, but I have not received my refund.

I have returned an item as it appears defective and without hesitation Gerhard offered me a replacement as soon as I returned the defective computer. All this was a great help to me.

I bought the dell latitude 5420 and it has been great so far! I had a few concerns regarding the laptop and the ACT team was quite helpful with their responses. Good place for refurbished laptops!

We have purchased 5 laptops in the past few months from ACT and have had issues with every single one. To add to the frustration these experienced issues have not been after using the laptops over time as we received 2 new ones yesterday and issues were discovered straight out of the box. It seems the company are ok to take our money but providing good service and items that work sufficiently are not a predominant focus for these guys. We have sent laptops back and forth and driven back and fort numerous times also with little compensation and accountability. Not great when you're trying to run a business that is growing and needs these tools to operate. We'll not be going back after this experience and recommend others also do the same to save a lot of grief and heartache that is involved when dealing with ACT and their products. ACT we have given you the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately you guys have continued to deliver inconsistently and products are bad quality.

Bought a pc from them, which arrived broken and wont even post, got one response then they have completely ghosted me and keep ignoring me, would not reccomend buying from these people

I purchased a refurbished laptop from this company and it arrived well packaged and without much delay. Unfortunately the laptop would not allow me to have a personal account as it would only allow a government or student login at setup. I contacted ACT and informed them of the problem. They informed me that sometimes their software doesn't detect this issue, but that they would happily fix it for me. I was sent an email with a return post QR code which allowed me to return it for free. Once the product had been fixed it was returned to me and I am very happy with it. Being refurbished there are a couple of minor cosmetic faults, but that was to be expected. Very happy overall. I only wish the product had arrived working properly the first time.

This is the 2nd laptop I've purchased from ACT. I bought the first laptop for my son to use at high school as his Lenovo died (garbage brand. Avoid like the plague). The DELL has been superb. It's robust, quick, and has heaps of space. I now have a similar laptop for my daughter-who also begins high school soon. 5 stars.

My order was delivered within the time stated and packed well, there was a small issue with my order which was addressed and rectified within days, i will definitely be using ACT again

the a availabity of a knollagable human being to answer questions is great. The packaging and speed of delivery is excellent as is the value for the product.

After buying my refurbished laptop from ACT I don't know why anyone would buy a new laptop. To look at it you would think it was brand new and the performance can't be matched. Best thing I did was to buy from ACT. Highly recommend.

I purchased a 'B' grade laptop expecting it to be used but usable. However, I soon discovered that various keyboard keys were either not working or needing a vigorous press to register.
I sent an email to ACT and received a quick response to negotiate repair. I elected to fit a serviceable keyboard myself and the part arrived the next day.
I now have a working laptop that does everything required of it.
Customer service was excellent and the only reason the company missed five stars was the inadvertent oversight of a unserviceable keyboard before sale.
I will be checking out ACT for my next purchase.
