I love these services, the replies are so fast, translations very fast and high quality and reasonable prices for repeat customers, they'll always meet you at where you're at if you ever find a better price elsewhere, so feel free to go for their services in confidence.

I've been using their services for VISA documents as well as other legal document translations and everything always goes as smooth as butter. If on the very rare occasion you spot any errors or anything you'd like to correct? No problem, they correct it super quick and get back to you at crazy speed. Very professional and kind as well.

Now, just be aware, they are very fast at replying emails, whats-app etc and will not hesitate to get back to you by phone, email, etc to confirm whether your still interested in the translation services they offer. Some people might be put off by that but I honestly appreciate it compared to companies that take forever to reply. Customer service is great, communication above all is amazing. Also, transactions and confirmation of orders are lightning speed.

Overall no negatives for me, I honestly love the services. They even work on weekends occasionally which I think is the cherry on top and shows their dedication to speed and to helping customers get their documents translated quickly (which is often needed nowadays).

Pros: Very fast, affordable, good customer service, excellent communication. Good quality, price meeting with competition if needed.

Cons(?): Some people might find the communication and fast replies excessive, just be aware they will try and reach you by different means to communicate with you on the order you make with them. I take this as a pro, however I can see how some people might feel it can come on too strong.

Easy process of snapping a photo of your document, input it in the document upload, receive email within less than half an hour for confirmation of quote price, pay the money (bank transfer was a breeze), and then await the translation to be emailed within less than two business days. I had to have a translation of my birth certificate and apostille of said birth certificate. Immaculate job! Thank you!
