Good communication and time keeping.
Fixed issue and had me back on the road inside 30 min of arrival at my home.
Very friendly team very clean work.
Great price.
Have booked them to do my service next week . Will use these guys all the time now. And they road tested the vehicle safety after doing the repair .
As an ex Service Manager for many years, I needed brakes replaced ,
I called Autoaid. my thinking was Cost and Convenience, I drive an Audi Q7 .
The local dealer was a rip off , Independent Repair shops wanted my car for the day, I thought I can get on with other things around the garden, if the mechanic comes to me , as an ex Service Manager I can spot amatures,
6 month training and they think they can fix cars , What a surprise I had when
the guys arrived , very technical , teated my car with great respect , they were fast, at the cheapest cost out there, being a pensionair i look for value for money
id recommend the guys at Autoaid 100% give them a try , you won't regret it

Rang Auto Aid in a panic, my car wouldn’t start up and I had no idea why. Within a few hours auto aid arrived, tested the car and found the problem. After 1 hour my car was back up and running, a brand new starter motor added. The lads were friendly, polite and really knowledgable. Down to earth people that are good at what they do! Very reasonably priced. I would 100% recommend Auto Aid to anyone looking for a mobile mechanic. I will be a returning customer for the foreseeable. Thank you so much! :)
Ashley and Glenn supplied and fitted some new front shock absorbers for a considerably lower price than anyone else and did so on my driveway in blistering 32 degree heat. The job was done extremely professionally and both Ashley and Glenn were extremely polite during the process keeping me informed all the way through from booking to job completion. Highly recommended!
"I highly recommend! I was blown away by their honesty. Glenn took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. The pricing was fair, and the car was ready exactly when they said it would be. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but I've found mine here."
The guys fitted new clutch kit + new servo,Plus a service
Excellent service very professional ,Fab price also

Had an issue with the starter motor failing at home on our old but vital 16 year old Qashqai on an early start for work on Sunday. As we really didn’t want the hassle of getting it towed to a garage for repair we called several local mobile car repairers with the guys at Auto aid Mobile Mechanic replying with a great quote to supply and fit on the drive and more importantly that they could get done before it was needed again for work. Big thanks to them both for coming out on a dark wet evening to do the repair. Excellent service and workmanship and would highly recommend.

I was working on a customers property and my van died, the alternator needed replacing. I gave these guys a call, 4 hours later they replaced the alternator on the drive of the customers house and did it at a very fair price, I drove home the same day.
They kept me updated on expected times they would get to me for and were very friendly and professional.
