Brought a new replacement the next week and successfully installed it. Then they set it up and went through the features on the app.

I purchased my auto mower from Autocut robotic mowing.They came and surveyed my garden(850 sq meters) advised me on the right mower,arranged delivery and installation , all in a professional yet friendly manner .I could not ask for better service they are only a phone call away should I need .Getting a robotic ranks with tre better decisions I have ever made . now I have a garden to be proud and I have time for golf

Good sales process for the Nera automower. Good initial setup and then its a disaster. Lost count of times they've been out to fix the machine. It wanders off piste, gets stuck and loses connection. the office is unresponsive and Husqvarna customer service non existent. one of their engineers said the machine needs replacing.

I think this is an excellent company. There is always someone to talk to both before and after sales. I had to have two small mowers installed because I have a split level lawn they’re just a little aspire for working on wired systems. Ryan came to install them. Let me know when he was due to arrive and when he turned up, he showed me the mowers and explained how he’s going to install them. He was really helpful and very efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

The process from start to finish was made very easy and the initial coversation and mapping of my lawns made buying the correct mower simple. David then arrived with the two new mowers and installation was equally professionally done.

Autocut were excellent to deal with , very efficient and kind over the phone , and Ryan was so kind and helpful, efficiently setting my mower up, with the help of my dogs ! Nothing was too much trouble and he was very patient explaining everything. I now have a beautifully cut lawn, right to the edges, but not by me ! Fantastic service from Jordan yesterday! He changed the battery on my Husqvarna 415X and then went the extra mile adjusting the charging station and working out what turned out to be quite a tricky positioning problem. He was patient, thorough and clearly knows his stuff. Really appreciated the care he took — proper 5-star service.

I had really high hopes when I contacted autocut.co.uk, as they sell a great range of Husqvarna auto mowers and their website highlights strong customer service. Initially, it took me a while to get a booking into my calendar but when the engineer came to repair my mower, he was fantastic, making sure that everything worked perfectly and even finding the time to service my mower.
