Amazing service
Amazing service! Troy had a really good understanding of the car. He was able to tell me where my last mechanic went wrong. Job was done in great time as well as cleaned the windows and dash and also did the balance on my tyres. I would 100% recommend! Car feels like a breeze and I’m super happy and will give his name to family and friends.

The quote increased twice.
You quoted what we thought was a good price, but then when I went to book it in, you told me it was actually another $100 as my car was not a standard car- even though I told you the make and model of my car when I filled out the initial form. The repairers then added on another $40 on the day so it was basically the same cost as the local repairer.

We can see how the additional cost may have come as a shock, and we're sorry if it did. We use a third party for our registration checks, which unfortunately isn't able to determine if you have a standard or premium windscreen with added features. So if you select the option for the standard windscreen, it will quote based on that. Not all vehicles require additional molding; however, many do, and this can't be determined until they are out there on the day. I would still like to look into this further so I can provide you with more details on the quote. However, I haven't been able to locate your booking in the system.
