Absolutely shocking experience

As requested, I decided to give the AI an opportunity to put this right so I emailed them on 19th February. Unsurprisingly, after nine days, I have had no response from them.
Original review:
I have been buying from this company regularly for about five years but will never order from them again. I placed a bulk order for turmeric which would last a year, as I always do. When it arrived, there was less than 5 months left until the expiry date; in fact the expiry date was exactly the same as the order I had received twelve months previously. I emailed the company three times but did not receive a response so I raised a case with PayPal, which was also ignored. I then raised a dispute with PayPal for a partial refund as I will be able to use some of the product before it expires. Autoimmune Institute ignored this as well so PayPal issued me with the partial refund that I requested. To send out short date product is poor but to then ignore emails is beyond appalling. Customer service is nonexistent so buyer beware! A really shoddy and shocking experience.
