Extremely poor and unprofessional experience — appointment completely wasted

I had an appointment booked with Autocorrect for my wheel repair, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

The repairer, Gary, contacted me the day before my scheduled appointment asking if he could come to repair my wheels earlier. I agreed and made myself available based on the new arrangement.

He then failed to turn up at the agreed time and was almost two hours late. During this time, I tried contacting him by phone and message, but he did not answer my calls or respond to my messages. There was no proper communication or explanation for the delay.

When he finally arrived, his attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. Rather than simply explaining the situation and carrying out the agreed work, he became confrontational and said, “I’ve had enough of this…” before going back to his car and leaving.

As a result, my wheel was not repaired at all, despite me making myself available and rearranging my day for this appointment.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I had other work planned which had to be postponed because I was waiting for the repairer. This resulted in a significant waste of my time and caused me financial loss.

I understand that unexpected problems can happen, and delays can occur, but there is absolutely no excuse for ignoring a customer’s calls and messages, arriving nearly three hours late, behaving rudely, and then leaving without completing the job.

This was an extremely unprofessional experience and showed a complete lack of respect for my time as a customer.

I would strongly recommend that anyone booking a repair through Autocorrect makes sure they are prepared for the possibility of delays, poor communication and an appointment not being completed.

Autocorrect should seriously look into how their contractors/repairers are dealing with customers, because experiences like this can seriously damage customer trust.

AutoKorrect was very efficient, professional, and reliable. They did work on my Mercedes EQC 400 to remove some scratches. They did a fantastic job. Came on time and worked very carefully and sincerely and finished the job properly. I am very happy my with the outcome. I also used them in the past to work on alloy wheel on my wife's Audi Q5 and the job was done professionally and satisfactorily.
Highly recommended.

Autokorrect were fast, reliable, efficient, and easy to use. Andrei came out to repair my alloy and he was super friendly. He was efficient on completing the job and also took time at the end to give me some good tips on maintaining my car.
He was friendly, knowledgeable, funny and professional.
All in all the eniter process and service from beginning to end was great. I will definitely be using Autokorrect if needed.
