I ordered my item express post , its been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my item or tracking information. I have contacted them via message, email and PayPal and no response. I have a pay pal dispute active with this purchase . Buyer beware!

Great service great products, fast delivery

Good product, efficient service

I purchased an OBD2 scanner from Autolign Australia in May and have now been waiting more than three months for it to arrive.
After contacting them through their website, I was told to check the tracking information. New Zealand Post confirmed that the parcel had not left Australia and was still showing as being with Australia Post.
I passed this information back to Auto Line Australia, but they have provided no meaningful assistance. They have stopped replying to my emails, the phone number listed on their website does not work, and despite sending weekly follow-up emails, the matter remains unresolved.
The solution should be simple: either send the product I paid for or provide a full refund. Instead, I have received no product, no refund, and no after-sales support.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that people exercise caution before purchasing from this company and consider spending their money elsewhere.

Easy to deal with, advised a Launch scan tool that we are very happy with

I was initially told my scan tool was sent on the 3 rd July and would arrive in 5 to 7 days then told there had been delays sending it and would be sent by express post it finally arrived on the 20 th July.
Also tried to order on the 30 th June when the listing on the web said there was a 15% discount, your voicemail was full and when I finally ordered it someone said the 15% discount finished earlier that day but offered a 5% discount.

Scanner works well & hooked up to Android phone without an issue - love that it can show Trans temp

Did not receive unit. No updated shipping or anything. Requesting refund.
Sent email to support, auto reply with out of office will respond in 5 working days. Order was placed 9 days prior. Mobile number doesn't even ring.

Conflicting emails both within the same minute - 'out of stock, wait a week' and 'on it's way'?
Apparently an upgrade so I'm guessing that covers the 'out of stock' aspect.
Tracking with 'shop' didn't work until it was delivered?
If the posties/couriers were more accessible 5 stars.

The process was quick and easy. Delivery times were met. Was a very positive experience.
