Delay in delivery

I haven't yet received my spare part. UPS shipping company still indicates that the parcel is held in Tokyo warehouse due to weather conditions. This puzzles me because scanning and warehousing formalities have taken many days.
I submit as a disappointed buyer. Regards 🙏

well i wasnt happy about beforward

well i wasnt happy about beforward, actually did a quotation for 4 spark plugs , and i even asked if the price they gave me where for 4 plugs and they said YES, upon arrival i paid $120 For zimra duty , but when i recieved the box of plugs i only got one plug . i contacted beforward and they told me i paid for one plug. WHO IN THE WORLD WOULD IMPORT ONLY ONE PLUG. they started telling me we will give you a huge discount , but honest what do i need a discount for i just need what i paid for. and i paid for 4 plugs according to their quotation. my advice is BEFORWARD Autoparts is a fraud .. and i will never buy from them again. better use local dealers than beforward , they over charge you i had to pay over hundred and forty for one plug .. then if i add zimra duty thats two hundred and sixty for one plug , how can that be logical. I HAD TO REFUND THE CUSTOMER THE FULL AMOUNT AND IM THE ONE WHO WAS AT LOSE HERE.

im only going to stick to buying cars only as in for parts the team responsible for parts are fraudsters , i age all of you not to trust them . it will end in tears.

the s400 I bought from Singapore was an abused car. No starting, after starting is heating, engine oil leak. They are not responding. Hope they respond soon
