found this company by accident after putting a quote request online. what a great company to deal with. great service and looked after me before any work was one. answered all my questions and James couldnt go far enough to help. Even after the job was completed James has been on hand to answer any extra questions I have had. highly recommend. will use again for any other issues and have recommended to a colleague. First class service. We thought it was one problem but escalated to another. I was quoted again before any work was carried out and then the mechanic did the job in far less time than I thought it would take. Auto remedy came to change a crankshaft pulley and serpentine belt on my audi a6 3.0l v6 tdi. Although I wasn't there at the time my son told me that the mechanic was punctual, friendly (despite the poor weather) and had the job completed in the time allocated to do it. I inspected the car when I arrived home. No complaints here and the car is back on the road. Would definitely book auto remedy again.
