Well maintained car, quick service, nice lady and right price

Autovia Pescara airport - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Awful customer service at the rental desk and they try and con you with illegal and incorrect scratch and dent claims after the booking. IF you have booked with them already be very very careful - TERRIBLE company there are plenty of professional alternatives.

Ho visto con i miei occhi questa mattina svuotare i 3 contenitori della spazzatura divisi per la differenziata e con coperchio di colore diverso rosso giallo azzurro, posti lungo il corridoio all'ingresso dell'aeroporto Liberi di Pescara, essere svuotati dall'addetta alle pulizie, in un unico contenitore rovesciando tutto dentro senza busta che chiaramente è stata riciclata 😡. Grave !!

Really bad company. Do not book with them. Bad service and even worse customer service. We picked up the car on Sunday and drove 15 minutes to our apartment. The next time we got in the car, the tyre pressure and engine light came on. We couldn’t get through to anyone by phone. We finally got through to someone on the phone the next day and they were so rude. They told us to get on with it and drive the car and if we break down, to call for assistance. We argued that we don’t want to spend our holiday worrying about breaking down and if we do break down, waiting for recovery. The gentleman called us stupid and practically hung up. Do not book with this company.

Aggiornamento delle mia precedente recensione: dopo 2 mesi e mezzo si sono presi arbitrariamente € 160 per i danni inesistenti che mi avevano contestato e non mi hanno nemmeno fatto la fattura per cui faccio fatica a farmi rimborsare dall'assicurazione. Andrebbero denunciati ma prendono importi piccoli così non ne vale la pena. Ma se non mi mandano la fattura alla finanza li denuncio di sicuro.

Very untidy car. The car was unroadworthy with a wing mirror broken and not working order. The collection of the car was a very long distance from where you booked the car so there was no way of changing the car without a very long delay and no handover with the staff member.

Car hire in Pescara Italy. All car hire companies place a hold on your credit card of about 500 euros in case of anything wrong with the car. I returned mine in a perfect condition . Autovia have actually without lawful authorisation taken the money from my account. In the UK this simply amounts to something which could result in a criminal prosecution. I would strongly advise anyone booking a car hire to go with a more reputable company that might act honestly. The person in the booth took 2 hours to give us a car despite only 2 people in the queue before us it is an absolute disgrace.

I finally got a reply asking why they had taken 500 euros and they claimed it was for fuel despite me taking it back full. I will be seeking assistance from the governing body or / and the law. They cant even be bothered to pretend to justify why they are taking money from me. This is definitely not a civil matter for the court it is far more serious.

We were flying from Brussels to Pescara and waiting for the car took us longer than the flight.There wasn't even an selected place where the car was parked so we had to seek ourself and when we found it the car was dirty insinde there was mud and sand in the trunk, absolute mess.

Le véhicule se trouve à l'extérieur de l'enceinte de l'aéroport à plus de 5 min de marche intensive ATTENTION si vous avez des bagages
Véhicule dont l'entretien n'est pas fait et présentant une crevaison lente. Refus de réparer le pneu ou de le remplacé, le préposé s'est contenté de regonfler tous les pneus sans respecter la pression préconisée par le constructeur.
Les pressions allaient de 4 bar à 5,5 ba. Criminel de louer un véhicule dans de telles conditions !
Nous avons été obligé de regonfler le pneu crevé chaque jour.
Refus catégorique de remplacer le véhicule par un autre identique et pourtant disponible.
Le Véhicule a refusé de démarrer à deux reprises, mais fort heureusement démarre après une heure d'attente.
Réservoir de lave glace vide
Essuie-glaces vétuste et TRÈS bruyant.
Reprise du véhicule pénible, le préposé préfère nettoyer le véhicule d’un client hors agence Autovia, nous avons dû attendre son bon vouloir afin qu’il vérifie le véhicule sans pour autant nous signer le document de reprise.

buongiorno a tutti o preso una macchina il 16 aprile fino al 23 aprile 2024 e a oggi 14 maggio non mi anno ancora liberato la cautione di 500 euro e quando o restituito la macchina mi anno detto tutto bene sto provando a chiamare da giorni e non risponde nessuno se avessimo avuto un problema con la macchina non so come avrei fatto

Aspettato più di mezz’ora per l’apertura dello sportello, il noleggio iniziava alle ore 8, macchina ritirata alle 9,15, al momento del ritiro presso un normalissimo distributore di benzina vicino all’aeroporto di Pescara, ho dovuto attendere altri 20 min perché hanno iniziato a pulire e lavare la macchina al mio arrivo. Ciliegina sulla torta, riconsegno la macchina alle 22 nello stesso punto in cui l’ho ritirata, ovviamente con sportello chiuso anche se gli orari dello sportello sono 8/23, quindi nessuno la controlla, due giorni dopo mi vengono addebitati dei danni che ovviamente non ci sono.
Diffidate da questo autonoleggio, assistenza inesistente se non per mail.

Addebitano danni inesistenti e preesistenti. La macchina presentava già dei graffietti inferiori ad un cm al Momento del noleggio e prontamente segnalati al ragazzo che consegnava l’ auto al di fuori del perimetro aeroportuale. L auto è stata ritirata in un parcheggio di un benzinaio accessibile a chiunque ed è stata riconsegnata nello stesso luogo senza controllo alcuno. Imbroglioni, state alla larga.

Ho già noleggiato altre volte con l'agenzia di Autovia aeroporto di Pescara,e sempre
ho trovato personale gentile,disponile tempi di attesa ritiro veicolo veloci. Veicoli in ordine sempre sopra le aspettative. Lo consiglio.

Premesso che io noleggio spesso verso diverse compagnie , ho noleggiato l'auto presso l'aeroporto di Pescara e volevo sottolineare quanto segue:
1- Personale eccellente, simpatico educato e cosa molto gradita PROFESSIONALE!!
2- l'auto pulitissima e con salviette igenizzanti a bordo
3- IL SIG.ROBERTO DI AUTOVIA che sta allo sportello, mi ha fatto portare l'auto dentro da un suo collega e mi ha accompagnato fino alla macchina spiegandomi i danni e tutto il resto che ce da sapere.
4- Io avevo smesso di noleggiare con Autovia per esperienze pessime qui a Pescara, ma devo dire che con questa nuova gestione a quanto vedo c'è stata una crescita personale enorme.

Sono rimasto veramente Contento ed esterrefatto e continuerò a noleggiare con Autovia e con il Sig.Roberto!!! che al mio ritorno chiedendogli come potevo tornare in centro mi ha fatto accompagnare GRATIS da un suo dipendente!!! RAGAZZI NON E' POCO PER NIENTE.

Perfect receptionist and car hiring
A car as Panda Hybrid has been rented by me at Pescara airport, a nice young lady Noemi, which is speaking 8 languages plus one, (giaggianese) gave me the best suppprt ever, even though there was some crowd. The car was clean, full of gas, economic 19 km per lt average city consumption. I suggest to the company to keep Noemi for ever and give her some money bonus for her skills. Thank you lady and company

We rented a car for 4 days from Autovia at Pescara based on the low cost (which obviously should have been a warning to us). The car was a pretty horrible Fiat 500 with no power: it could barely overtake trucks on the autostrada. But it was clean and the pick up process was efficient enough.
The return was a different matter. We had mislaid the printed contract, which apparently we needed for the car to be checked (many rental companies send all their documents electronically now). The man in the car park seemed very irritated by this, and once we had got a copy of the contract from the main desk, he spent ages scrutinising the car with a magnifying glass (near enough) before pointing out two tiny scratches / streaks of dirt and a microscopic dent by the driver's door handle. The car had done 75000 km, by the way - the likelihood that this 'damage' had happened during our 60 km of driving seems very small. We await the additional charge, but in the meantime I wouldn't book with this company again in a million years.

Awful attitude from the staff members - both in person and email/WhatsApp communication.
Awful, run down, dirty inside and out car - wipers not cleaning windscreen and no washer fluid, gas tank lid broken off.
Refused to supply email address for the complaints, stating that any complaints will be dealt with themselves personally in Pescara office.
