Ordered a cison v8 model engine you build from scratch that runs on gasoline from early autumn designs, so it was advertised. What I received was a solid piece of painted plastic. What a scam!

I want to return the things as they came wayyyyy too late and do not fit. I am arguing with them over 3 weeks now. I want the return label but they do not send it to me. They want to give me a little money back which is not acceptable for me. Also the amount is ridiculously low!

Struggled with shipping times of three weeks, packaging remained intact throughout the journey. The quality presents an average feel, aligning with its cost-effective price. Wish the design offered a bit more sophistication. A quicker delivery and refined design would have enhanced the overall experience.

Its decent, fits well, the embroidery is a nice touch, holds shape, comfortable.

I wish I saw these comments before I ordered two sequined baby doll dresses. Looks nothing like the picture. Sleeves are tight elastic. Very few sequins. I have been arguing via email with customer service for days now and they offered me $13 refund for both, then told me to give it to a friend. My next step is to dispute it with my credit card company.

This company is horrible. I ordered 2 dresses for weddings. Both arrived late and were shredded…unwearable. I contacted customer service, sent pics and they’re not helping at all. They offered my a refund of $7
My advice is don’t buy from them! So many other reputable companies out there!

I ordered 2 dresses. It took months to get my order. The dresses were very poor quality. The sizes were supposed to be 3xl but they were larges at most. I tried to return them but was unable. They offered me 7 US dollars and suggested I pass them on to someone else. I will NEVER order again. I should have done my homework.

Absolutely awful, the dress I received was nothing like the photos at all, and when I reached out to customer service they pretty much said "it's a popular dress so you're better off keeping it". Thankfully PayPal helped get my money back. They're using photos from the website Amazing Lace who do actually make the dress in the photos. Total scam, don't waste your time and money.

i ordered 3 linen suits,on May 1st, and never received them, i received messages that the pkg was in destination from Italy, and other places, and finally last week the message said it was here in the United States to be delivered to me soon. never got any other messages after that, and all the messages that was sent have been deleted. THIS IS A SCAM, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THE ARE ON FACEBOOK, NOW there is another company advertising the same 2pc linen suit under a different name.

I ordered two dresses(I thought). Their website said order two dresses and get free shipping. What they did not say was the two dresses are alike. When I received these I had one black and two red and was charged for three dresses. The dresses were wadded up in a tiny sack and had to be laundered before they could be worn. They look sorta like the pictures but the black one is too short, the red ones are length in picture. Also, sleeves appear shorter than the picture. The customer service is terrible. It is all automated and they do not want returns. If sent back they go to China (this is not told to you on their website). They were happy to offer me 7.00 refund on all three dresses. You have no alternative to not accept as there is nothing you can do. Buyer beware.

The item I received was nothing like the photo which may have been photo shopped. Poor quality product. There was very poor support when I asked for a return option. Basically had to pay for everything to return. When challenged I was offered $7!

Why can't I leave NO stars! THEY ARE A SCAM!!! do not be tempted to buy from them no matter how beautiful the clothes look. My tracking number does not exist, it is a phony tracking number with phony arrival destinations. The parcel supposedly arrived in Australia on the the 3/5/24, was dispatched on the 5/5/24 and is now in Launceston! Obviously someone with no idea of the geography of Australia or these scammers would have at least said it was in its way to somewhere on the b.....y mainland! I am so angry!

SCAM! Avoid at all costs

I bought two Sequin Baby Doll dresses in blue and purple for the TS concert and paid VIP shipping. I’d like to highlight that on their website, under shipping policy it states that to other countries it will take 7 to 12 days to express ship. So thinking that I’d get it in time, I bought both and hoped for the best. Unfortunately, this did not happen and I only received the dresses on the 14th of March. This is almost 7 weeks after I first placed my order. Now I am trying to organise to return the items and they are staying it is not possible because the correct items were sent and that shipping it back will cost more than what I paid for. They’ve offered $5 USD as compensation which barely covers anything and I barely consider it a resolution. Also, the dresses look nothing like what is shown on their website and social media, the stitching is definitely different. So please do not buy from them and waste your money. Their customer service is terrible and products equally so.

Ordered the baby doll sequin dress on 31 January for TS concert and paid for VIP shipping. Finally received the dress 4th of March (TS been and gone) and it’s the wrong colour and the cut of the dress, particularly the sleeve isn’t the same as their pictures, or the pictures from the reviews (probably fake because I posted a negative review with a picture of the actual dress and it’s been taken down) Went through their customer service to get a refund and an automated response tells you to keep the dress because it’s popular!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE

TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! I ordered a dress with priority shipping for a Taylor Swift concern on 29/1. With priority shipping I was assured my dress would arrive in 7-12 days. I am still waiting for my dress to arrive and had to buy another outfit for the concert. This company provides NO support, and refuse to respond to my emails to provide an email. BUYER BEWARE, this is a SCAM!!

I ordered a pair of jeans from this company over a month ago and I'm still waiting on them. No email or anything I tried my tracking # and it's telling me that its an invalid #. So I guess I was scammed as well. The only email I received was the package was coming out of Australia. I guess the kangaroo is wearing them. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I would give a triple zero if I could. They are TRASH! I ordered a pair of jeans, only to receive a pair that only fit Asian women. The sizes are very misleading. You think you’re ordering from an American company, but the product arrives with just a first name from an address from Glen Heights, Illinois. The trash company is called Autumn Gene. Always pay with a credit card so you can dispute it. If it takes a long time to receive your order, it’s because they’re trying to ensure they receive payment from the credit card first and then the send the trash product. If you pay with a credit card and hadn’t received your package within two weeks, have the credit card dispute or cancel the order.
