I ordered 2 pair of jeans on January 9, 2024. I have not received a receipt, or confirmation for the order. I have sent 2 emails and have received no reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I HAVE LOST MY MONEY FOR 2 PAIR OF JEANS.

I ordered 2 pairs of overall shorts back in August, I have never received them. Contact company through email regarding this several times and they just say be patient. Will not give me a refund or send out another package.

Debated on buying myself this hat for month. I'm not a hat person but this is too comfy to hide away. Great for gatherings and holidays

These shoes are so cute. My 4 year old absolutely loves them. She says they are comfy. Seem to be made well. No issues after a few weeks. Definitely recommend

Runs slightly big. Beautiful! Timeless and classy! I wear a size 9, 91/2, or 10. Purchased these in a 9 and they fit perfectly! Gorgeous! Very well made!!! 👏

I succumbed to internet influence and went shopping for a short point witch hat. Figured it would hang out in my craft room. I cannot stop wearing this hat, I love it !!!!!!! i love that the wire brim allows me to shape the brim to suit my mood.

I ordered jeans that took two months to arrive. They are incredibly poor quality and not at all as depicted on its website. I was offered $3USD as a refund. Save yourself and your money and go elsewhere. TERRIBLE!

I ordered three pairs of jeans from this company, $92 total, and never received a thing. That was six weeks ago. Do not waste your money ordering anything from Autumn-Gene. They will gladly take your money but you will get nothing in return. I have requested a full refund, but I imagine Hell will have to freeze over first. Lesson learned. 👎🏼👎🏼

Scam. Took 2.5 months and poor quality. Emailed to say they were poor quality and didn’t fit. They replied I got what I ordered.

Unable to get in touch with for questions. Used an unknown courier to deliver so unable to tract. Says product starts in Italy and gets no where. This company is a scam

I placed an order in September and 2 months later still have not received. I also paid for expedited shipping. I filed complaint through PayPal and they had me contact seller. They just say be patient it is on the way. They would not refund me and gave me tracking and see they shipped again this time from China. DO NOt ORDER from this company.

Ordered 3 pairs of jeans totaling $137.00. A month ago. I still do not have the product. I am going to call my bank in the am to see if I can reverse the charge. I have to assume that I got scammed and probably will never see the product I ordered and may be out $137.00. There needs to be some sort of regulations on things like this. Or we should all including the US stop buying things from China. ( when I placed the order I had no idea it was coming from China)

This company is a scam. They took forever to send a pair of jeans and after I had to send many emails they finally arrived from China. The product was awful. The stiching was unfinished and I couldn't open one of the pockets because it was partly sewn together.
I sent them an email and a picture and they said that there was nothing that they could do as the product met their standards.
I believe the positive reviews are fraudulent. I am going to contact Paypal to see if they can shut them down as they refused me a refund.

I bought one for my daughter a year ago. I finally decided to get myself one. This sweater will keep you warm! I am hot natured so I can wear this as a coat in 40 degree weather and be warm. Worth the money! And for plus size women this has a lot of stretch. I typically wear a 26 or 3X.
