Originally went through Money Supermarket and everything went well up to payment when for some reason wouldn’t accept new credit card.
Phoned and your representative was really good and very patient. Went through the whole thing again and bingo all well and now covered at a very good premium.

The insurance cover is very good. The person who changed my cover had no people skills at all. She was very uninterested and unsympathetic to my needs for change. Unfortunately I did not get her name. But if I had had time to change to another company I would have, because of her attitude.

I couldn't add the countries on my cruise
I couldn't add the countries that I was visiting. Rang the help line operator immediately.She couldn't either and was talking about amendment charges!
Cancelled the policy. This was confirmed by email the following day
I tried to take out a new policy but couldn't add the 3 very common countries that I was visiting

I looked at your file and I can see that to wasn't possible to amend the policy on the same day that it was purchased, and would have to be amended the next day.

The agent who handled my request to add cruise cover to my travel insurance policy was efficient. The price was a bit high so I will review at renewal time.
