I had appointment booked with Sonia at the Rickmansworth High Street Clinic at 10.25 am this morning. Unfortunately unexpectedly I stuck in traffic on my way to her and was late by 10min. I was told by pharmacist that as I am late Sonia can’t see me anymore.
I felt very upset a disappointed!! I took a day off to be able to come for this visit.
I wouldn’t be using Sonia services any more.
I ended up with no visit and no work day. So I lost double today. What a waste of the day… and thinking that I was late by 10min ..
Dear Sonia - pls make yourself ready and allow the 10-15 min break in-between your appointments, as your customers might be late sometimes - even if it’s not their fold!!

I met Sonia recently and she is really lovely. She explained everything clearly and was very patient when answering my questions.
I had great treatment and intend on going back again!

Sonia in the Rickmansworth clinic is very professional, a calming presence. She makes sure she has all the information before she goes ahead with the vitamin boosts, and I never noticed the jab, which is always a huge plus. The boost also really does work, as I feel refreshed and energised for several weeks after. 10/10 experience.

Sonia is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to put you at ease and explain everything in detail before you commit to anything. There is no hard sell which I liked. She is very responsive and helpful in aftercare. Thanks Sonia!

Absolutely fantastic experience. I haven’t had any cosmetic procedures for a few years and as knowledgeable as I like to claim to be, Sonia had more information and knowledge to add to the fact file.

Sonia was so easy to talk to and really delved into the finer details of the procedure and was really able to talk you through everything.

Sonia is amazing, I felt so calm and relaxed even though I’m not keen on needles. She explains everything thoroughly and goes beyond by making sure you have enough info for after care. If messaged her a few times randomly and she is so quick to respond! My treatment was everything I needed, and I can’t wait to go back for more!

Well, it is really difficult to put into words (after so many visits) how wonderful each visit is to see Sonia. I was informed without any pushiness at all, about the new products and treatments available and what would and would not be suitable for me personally. During my appointment I was reassured and checked on throughout. I left feeling like me again and I am excited to see how it settles over the next week or so. Sonia is an absolute professional. She is incredibly knowledgable with a wealth of experience, however she also knows how to put someone at ease. Her communication is impeccable, alway listening and putting the client at the centre of care. She is not pushy and helps you achieve the result that is correct for you.

Sonia has a very friendly manner which makes you feel comfortable straight away. She is very informative and patient when explaining the different treatments and is never pushy like other clinics can be.
I have learned a lot about the different anti ageing options there are out there and am pleased with all the treatments I have had so far.

My son needed B12 injections following a blood test showing a deficiency. As the GP times didn’t suit his work hours we approached Sonia. Sonia provided a thorough consultation with injection plan. Sonia is a very warm, friendly professional pharmacist and I thoroughly recommend her.
