Jennifer and Andrew made a very stressful time bearable. When our 1st sale fell through Jennifer was there at the end of the phone to calm us down. Our house was quickly put back on the market and sold within 2 days. Nothing was too much trouble. Very professional and approachable team.

Jennifer & Andrew at Avenue Road Estate Agents were an absolute dream to work with! Professional but personal, efficient but not rushed. My property was on the market quickly and I accepted an offer even higher than I was hoping for within two weeks. The photos and listing were of a high standard, the home report and solicitor were organised quickly by them (highly recommend using their recommended solicitor!), and their communication throughout the whole process was spot on.
