Being heavily pregnant while attempting to sell a house and meet a deadline for a new build... it was never going to be plain sailing. However, Andrew made the process as smooth as possible. And the times where I inevitably went into panic mode? Andrew was always at the other end of a text message, reassuring me day and night. When does this man sleep!?

We are now looking forward to moving into our forever home and I know we would not have made it to this point without Avenue Road being there every step of the way.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Could not recommend Avenue Road high enough and our experience was first class, Andy arrived on the Monday morning, on the market by the Thursday morning and sold one week later. The process was all explained in advance and all our questions were answered, it’s such a stressful time moving but Avenue Road took care of everything and there was no stress throughout the whole process. Andy was outstanding and nothing was ever a problem, the service these guys deliver is on another level compared to the large estate agents and you would be crazy to not use Avenue Road if you are selling your home. The service I received from Avenue Road was truly excellent and I wold contact them again if I needed to sell another property. I was referred to them by a friend after being disappointed with local solicitor/agents and some big name estate agents, who either undervalued my property so much that I would have sold it with a loss, or were unprofessional in their conduct or would overcharge. Avenue Road valued my property about the price I was expecting and this was later matched by the Home Report valuation. My house was in the market within a week, was sold on the first day and the offer was much higher than the home report valuation. Their fees were much lower than any other estate agent. I would recommend Avenue Road to anyone, either buyers or sellers. Thank you very much to Andrew and his family for their help and support in selling my house, I have been back in Italy since, traveling and enjoying a beautiful Autumn!
