Excellent value wines delivered promptly by reliable Courier.

If you use a sub standard courier and you spend more time trying to find out why they are so bad rather than focusing on ensuring the customer is your first priority than expect negative reviews. So here’s the response when my last two orders were a problem (Averys wine use Yodel in my area).

Here’s the opinion of Averys After Sales Team Leader Adam : “I am not confident that further attempts to deliver to your address can be done in a way satisfactory to you or in a way that we have confidence deliveries would not go missing. For this reason, I will not arrange further deliveries to your address unless we are confident that deliveries will be made without issue”.

Nothing about getting my orders sorted - just internal logistics. Happy to lose a customer rather than take a courier to task.

You take your chances with these guys.

The gentleman I rang to order my wine was absolutely amazing well mannered very professional and polite have been having wine from the company for over 2 years and all staff are brilliant

For the second time I had the same man to deliver. He obviously knows I am old, because he always gets me and brings my case into the house for me. Some times I dont here my doorbell, if so he rings me and then brings the case around to the patio door. Because of his efforts on my behalf he doesnt have to leave my delivery in a "safe place". Mostly the wines were good. The one exception was the Australian Dark Durif.
This was truly dreadful.
