Quick response, great assistance on choosing requirements, prompt deivery

I was given a box of wine for my Christmas over 25 years ago and have had some great wines, happy memories and loadza compliments of my chosen wines. All a very sincere testimony to what Laithwaites have and are able to provide to their customers.

I probably only buy a couple of cases of wine a year but Shannon knows what we like, lets me know about offers based on what we like and provides an excellent tailored service. I don’t think I would expect a better service if I bought a case of wine a week.

I have been a Laithwaite customer for a few years and I have to say that the level of service you receive from them is first class the wines are excellent I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad bottle. Always great offers on and sometimes they just have the best limited edition bottles that are simply stunning. Excellent team great service and quick delivery. Thank you Laithwaite keep up the good work.

Last two deliveries went astray, 1st one i tracked down to a different address and the second one did nnot arrive at all, had to reorder. Wines are very good [when i get them]

Not the cheapest, but I have been getting wines from Laithwaites for too long (so the wife says) all very drinkable, great value for money. Service has always been first class.

I had a great chat with Marianne who helped me with relevant recommendations having taken note of my wine preferences in our last call. She evidently updated her notes today during today's call and I felt that she listened carefully. I am keen to try the wines she has put together!

the staff at the other end of the phone, were so well informed on the products, and gave great advice, and guided me to putting the right products together to obtain the best gift for the person they were going too, which worked fabulously, i will be using this service again, no long queue times, and agonising menus, no robots, just human beings to speak too, arghh ,, what a delight, delivery was on time and i was informed every step of the way. excellent old fashioned polite and helpful service, and that is hard to come by these days. it brought back happy memories of simpler days,

We have been ordering wine from Laithwaites for a few years and have never been let down by the quality of the wines we have chosen. The delivery is very good each time and the delivery driver is always happy and very helpful. Will continue to order from Laithwaites in the future as we are very satisfied with our experience with them.

Whilst they are obviously in business to sell as high a volume of wine as possible, their staff are extremely helpful, knowledgable and courteous. The selection of wines offered is wide ranging and always well selected and of a very high quality. Prices are competitive throughout the wide range offered. I have purchased wine for many years almost exclusively from them and certainly intend to continue.
Delivery via Yodel has been good.
