Before purchasing from Avontic, please be fully aware: this company has an absolute no-returns policy. You must be 100% certain about your purchase, as there is no path to a refund or exchange under any circumstances. Their customer communication is nearly nonexistent, and shipping times are unacceptably slow. After my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Avontic to anyone and strongly encourage you to explore other vendors.

Gross misrepresentation of product in marketing collateral. Marketing material is making false claims on product quality,
Claims to be robust and is not.
Claims to be made on Titanium, is not
Photos are very modified from real product presentation
Pins that link the band metal pieces are mild steel split pins, thin & weak, prone to corrosion and very sloppy fit meaning band breaks easy under slight tug.
No response from supplier after 2 weeks
Band packaging looked second hand and poorly presented.
Poorly made, poor quality materials used, poor service, gross misrepresentation of product in marketing material.

Won’t answer emails or live chats. It says awaiting review for my return for weeks. Absolutely the worst online experience I have ever had.

Horrible company, but don't take just my word or review, please read what everyone else is also saying about this company before making your purchase... I sure wish I'd done that. Nearly a month to receive the product, what I received is horrible quality, and they WILL NOT respond to emails, therefore their advertised 60 day return policy is also a big fat lie. Nearly $70 of my money just thrown away.

Avontic sells quality products. I know I received one fine case for my ipad. However I purchased the wrong sized case for my model. I went to the website and connected with their CHAT and this fully and timely resolved my issue and accepted a return. Avontic even provided me a paid return label . Avontic made my purchase right .

Made a purchase from this site, the wrong item was sent and after putting in a return request, I never heard from the company again.

I tried all types of bands and even though I liked them, they just weren't the right type. I finally found this stainless steel band that matches perfectly to the watch face and my style. Avontic is now my favorite company to buy accessories. Customer service is very kind and helpful. Shipping was fast too. I had to remove links and it was easy with the tool they provided. I love this band!! Won't let me leave a picture but I know you would agree in the perfect fit!

Scam company!!! I ordered an $80 watchband from them and it was not at all as advertise, it was cheap and not as pictured on their website. I have sent seven emails and have chatted over 15 times with them with no response. I have tried for 60 days to return this watchband that was guaranteed a 60 day return policy. Do not buy from this company you will be taken!

I bought the phone phone case for the S22 and it doesn't disappoint at all. Great quality, design. I have drop the phone about 3-5 times and there was no damage to the phone. I recently upgraded my phone to the S26 ultra and already got my pair for it. Great phone case.

I really wish I would have looked online before buying a watch band from them. After receiving the band and the cheap tool they send to remove links the tool broke. After a month, someone on chat finally sent me a link to purchase another one. Such a crappy customer service, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This company is a complete scam. Never shipped my order.
Showed me a tracking number for “proof” of delivery. The tracking number was for an order in an entirely different state.
Can’t talk to a real person. Even their virtual chatbot is bad.

I’ve had a great experience with this company. My titanium watch band is excellent quality and customer service has been outstanding. I recommend them if you’re in the market for quality product and you’re not concerned about paying a little more for it.

This company is a scam. Bought some watch bands and they were never delivered. No response from them after multiple attempts.

I ordered I-pad protection covers two weeks ago and they still have not arrived. I have tried repeatedly to track the package but all they will tell me is that it shipped a week ago. The phone number is no good, they do not answer and the mailbox is full. What a terrible way to handle customer service. I will not order from them again after being a customer for 5 years. I would advise to look for another company to do business with, not one that is unresponsive to their customers.

I wish, and now encourage people to do reviews of companies before buying! This company Avontic is HORRIBLE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I purchased a case for my Samsung Watch Ultra, and when I got it I saw it didnt have the glass protection for the screen so since they stated on their website that returns are welcome within 60 days, I sent a return request. Almost a week later, no response after the initial automated response telling me I will hear from them within 3 days. I called, tried to chat on their website (chat is NEVER available, no matter what time I call) their email that I responded to get kicked back. I opened a dispute PayPal which is where my hope is to get my money back. The item was shipped from China, no delivery updates or delivered notice. They responded to PayPal apologizing for me not being able to get them and that they request photos (didn't even use it once I saw it had no screen protector) and also that they deny my return, but on their website they honor returns. I'm confident PayPal will help me with this return and I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

Purchased a watch band almost a month ago. No word on shipping. No way to actually track the package. Website always “closed” believe it or not. No one responds to my emails. Total SCAM. Do not use!!!
