Screw this scam company 2 months still no he refund terrible company out of china

I ordered a phone case and received a purple sequenced silk shawl. I opened a claim and offered to return the item, but I sure wasn't going to pay return shipping. In the end I walked away and lost my $44.00. Customer service would not contact me. The only contact I had was through PayPal. I will never purchase anything from this site again.

I wish I had checked this beforehand ... they promoted quality products but issues cheap Chinese made crap (TEMU is better). They haven't returned any emails regarding the quality, or lack there of, and that the product these clowns sent was actually the wrong product AND colour.

Absolutely terrible service. Buyer beware!!

We have tried, unsuccessfully, to contact this company for a return. They sent an RMA number but made us “wait for return instructions.” They never sent them. We are STILL waiting. Furious.

Bought a watch band which never arrived. Currier marked address as invalid. Address is valid and have received hundreds of packages here.

I will contact my bank to charge back the transaction.

Cheap material. I was disappointed.I ordered a watch strap from Avontic and received it yesterday. Unfortunately, the quality was very poor. Even while attaching it to my watch for the first time, the black part of the strap got scratched. It was advertised as scratch-resistant, but it clearly isn’t. Very disappointed.

Good gravy…these folks will not let me exchange my $65 phone case. They sent the wrong size I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks. To no avail. If you can find an item elsewhere do so. This is why ppl shop Amazon.

They advertise expensive looking products but send cheap Chinese junk!! Watch case is plastic not metal as advertised. Forget about customer service, they will Never return your inquiry or, they charge restocking fees and exorbitant mailing fees.
PayPal was no help in going after these thieves either.
RUN, don’t walk away from this company!!!

I ordered the Titanium Guard 360 Apple Watch cover. Upon arrival, I noticed the back plate wasn't staying on, indicating a potential defect since the side grooves weren't engaging it properly. I sent a Chat online, which they answered almost instantly. They had no hesitation in giving me a free refund in the form of a gift card code to purchase another one. The quality of the watch cover is excellent! I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for any other products in the future. Customer service is very iffy these days, and I rarely leave reviews, but in this case, they deserve one! Don't get stuck in questioning any of the 1-star reviews, there will always be that "1%" lol

The only way to contact is through email or chat. I sent multiples of both asking questions about the "Ultimate Military Grade case " for a Galaxy z fold 7 case. The company never responded to my multiple questions about the case, shipping (Ordered on 7/29, delivered on 8/12). Website says processing 24-48 hours and shipping 2-7 business days), or request to cancel before the case shipped.

The Ultimate Military Grade Case for z fold 7 is made of cheap plastic. There is no military grade components to protect the phone.

Their return policy is horrendous. They charge a 15% restocking fee and $16+ dollars for a shipping label. It was shipped in a thin 5 x 8 padded mailer. Inside the case is in a plastic envelope that you would find in any dollar store. They charge $69.99 for a at best $10 plastic case.

I bought the “360 Forged in Fire” titanium protection set. Got a 20.00 stainless steel band and a RUBBER watch case with no face protection. The black “paint” came off so now I have a silver and black rubber case. What an incredible rip off! Lesson learned. I’ve gotten scammed before but this is the first time it was this expensive and this blatant of a lie. Unable to reach company by any method available.

I received the watchband that I ordered on July 7 and have been trying to get an exchange going since that time and the only customer interface is via chat or email. I've tried both and so far zero satisfactory response back from this company.

I placed an order on the website Avontic.com for what was advertised as a “premium magnetic wallet phone case, only available at Avontic™.” Within a few hours, I contacted the seller and tried to cancel the order. They refused, claiming it had already shipped ......but the item did not ship until days later, after I escalated the issue to PayPal.

When the product finally arrived, it was a generic item from a brand called “Jeehood” that looked nothing like what was shown in the listing. The case was not premium, nor exclusive, and is widely available on low-cost sites for a fraction of the price. This is a bait-and-switch and false advertising.

Worse, the seller's return email bounced, and they list only a P.O. Box (P.O. Box 227, Liberty Corner, NJ 07938) as their address. There is no way to contact the seller, no phone number, and no valid return process.

This seller is using deceptive tactics, making it impossible to request a refund or return. I believe this violates consumer protection laws, and I am reporting them to prevent others from being scammed.

Customer service was fantastic. Got my titanium watch band and cover within a week of ordering!
Great looking band for such an nice Apple Watch Ultra 2.

Avontic Apple Watch Bands are fake advertisement. I just bought their top of the line band with cover for over $149 and was expecting the band to be as show on site. When I receive the delivery, the cover was cheaply made and would not cover my Apple Ultra 2 watch and looked very ugly and cheaply made. I contacted customer service. No reply and cannot send it back as there is no legit phone or email. Save your hard earn money DO NOT buy Avontic Crap

This retailer is an absolute scam. I purchased two watch bands from them and was extremely dissatisfied with the products I received. The watch bands I received were not the same as the ones advertised by the company. For example, one of the watch bands that I purchased was advertised as having a stainless steel housing unit for the Apple watch, but the band I received has a cheap rubber housing unit. Avontic advertises high quality products, but you can tell they sell the same items found on Shein and Temu and up-charge 100 times the amount you can purchase them on those sites. The packaging that the products are shipped in reflect this. There is no Avontic branding on them, just generic plastic wrapping and a cardboard box that says “Made in China”. If you are interested in purchasing products advertised on Avontic’s site, I highly encourage you to defer to Shein or Temu, where you’ll find the exact same items for literally a hundred times less.

I had a slight problem with the connectors and contacted customer service who immediately agreed to send a new pair of connectors. The product its self is beautify and very nice making my Pixel Watch 3 45 mm look even better. And of course, my experience with CS is just wonderful

I purchased a watch band from Avontic on June 28th. I based the purchase on the picture of the website. Specifically the x1 TitaniumGuard Prime band and case. You would assume that the watch came with a metal housing but the watch I received had a rubber housing that went on top of my existing watch, which does not represent the picture at all. I wouldn’t give these guys such a low rating however, they issued an RMA and told me to wait for further instructions and I have not heard one word for from them in a week. I feel like I’ve been scammed. The RMA was issued on July 7th.
