Recently tried to change flights - asked for a breakdown in costs as in less than 24h the price has gone up over £200.
Agent stated they were unable to provide the breakdown. Asked politely surely they can - agent ended up shouting over the phone. Never booking again with away holidays.

This is our 2nd time booking with away holidays. Had a great experience 1st time around so came back. Rob was great at finding other options that might suit, very good prices as well. Just made our 6th booking with Away Holidays. Always found them very helpful, this time we dealt with Alex who we found to be extremely efficient in helping us find exactly what we wanted.
