As always a great experience dealing with Leighton Glover who we have known and dealt with for close on 20 years

One thing we quickly learned about Leighton is that he truly cares about his clients and nothing is too much trouble for him

The booking experience was 5 star however after a promise (part of the sales pitch) that if anything goes wrong we will sort it out I have to say the emergency response from Blue Bay was a shambles no direct help and ineffective communication and constant airline v travel agent certainly puts me off using Blue Bay in the future which is a shame

Liz Meineck, has been an absolute 'breath of fresh air' for us when booking holidays.

We're high maintenance I'm sure as we always know what we want and don't want, and have plenty of questions each and every time.

However, noting is too much trouble for Liz and her insight in to hotels, locations etc has seen us book holidays as a family to Morocco, Dubai, Qatar & Italy over the last twelve months.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Liz to friends and family.

Dreadful customer service from Bluebay, took over 5k deposit then called me back 2 hours later to say they hadn’t checked the price and it was wrong. My money was refunded BUT this is the second time they have quoted a price and then changed their minds. BB used to be pretty amazing but sadly it seems the customer service has become dire.

Tamzin was excellent and the experience of booking a Christmas holiday easy. Found the best rate and flights.

Booking was simple and straightforward, and our agent was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. We haven’t travelled yet, but we’re looking forward to our trip. That will be the true test.

Many thanks to Lisa, who went the extra mile and restored our faith in Blue Bay Travel with whom we've had many fantastic holidays at great prices.
Despite a small technical issue with our original booking, all has now been resolved and no doubt we'll enjoy another Blue Bay Holiday in January.

Lisa was so helpful, even found that I had given the name of the wrong/similar hotel initially, so was very alert to prevent my error. Also she successfully linked my wife and I to our group of friends who had booked the evening before. So all went very well. She even searched to see if we might get a cheaper deal by booking for 14 days instead of our 10 nights ( I would never have imagined that), so I was very impressed.

All the staff that I have spoken to were so helpful and fun to talk to .
