I did not know much about the computer and AW Gaming helped me with every question I had. They are very knowledgeable and you can trust what they are telling you. I did a lot of research and the pricing was very good. I would say that the customer service was and still is amazing and the computer performs better than we could have imagined. I would certainly recommend.

The customer service was fantastic . I was after a system with a RTX 3060 and one of the bundles sold just before l got there and despite this the team was able to build me a new rig with improvements . We went in store to check it out and the team really looked after us. Would definitely recommend!

GW Gaming have been very disappointing! Initially the experience was positive when the order was placed but problems began when we received the PC. The build quality isn’t great, there was no power cable supplied and a few weeks later we still have issues unresolved e.g. an unlicensed MS Windows OS install
Unless these issues are resolved I can’t see myself buying or recommending GW Gaming in future..

I have had many bad experiences buying computers that i have put off upgrading until we came across AWGAMING!! From my inital enquiries they have offered super helpful advice about every aspect of buying a new PC. It arrived quickly & safely and after an inital error (my fault) with set up they where happy to help with a phone call. I love my new computer and have peace of mind knowing their after support is great. Thank you!!

Had a bit of trouble with pc had to send it back but AWgaming got it sorted ASAP even though DPD lost my original pc.
Best bit was they kept in contact to see if I received my pc and was happy with it.

Arrived incredibly quickly, the build is aesthetically pleasing as well as having the ability to run the games (rdr2, hogwarts legacy) I have.
