quick delivery lovely looking and easy to install

Great service from start to finish catered for all my requirements for my pc and put up with my fussy changes couldn’t praise enough!

I contacted them through the website after It was recommended to me multiple times when I posted in a Facebook group asking for advice. I needed a gaming pc for my daughter. I didn't know what I needed at all. I used the chat function (quite late in the evening and they responded!) I told them the games she plays and what she needed the PC for. I was told exactly what I needed to run the games and recommended a PC. I shopped around elsewhere before ordering, but couldn't find what I needed that came close to the price and quality of AW gaming. The PC is amazing! My daughter absolutely loves it. I recommend AW gaming any chance I get.

I bought a computer from awgaming for about £1000 and I had problems with it on the very first day. The computer kept on crashing and the display kept glitching. I tried emailing them and calling them and it took a long time to get a response. However once I did get a response I got some help by a technician and I thought that all of my problems were fixed. However the very next day I still had the same problems. This time I had enough and asked for a refund and the customer service was awful. The refund process took more than 3 weeks and once I did get my money back they took 25% of it and I only got a partial refund. They said that there were no problems with the computer even though I had photo and video evidence that i sent and emailed to them. They obviously sent me a faulty computer and didn't want to give me back all of my money so they lied about it not being broken. Later they said that in their refund policy if there is nothing wrong with the item then they take 25% of the refund and obviously this was just a lie. I've now lost over £250 but at least I know to never trust this company ever again. Overall my experience with them was terrible I do not recommend buying from them. If you want a good computer I recommend buying from another website because this business is not professional, reliable or trustworthy enough for your money. If I could give less np stars I would.

Ordered on line paid for Saturday delivery but it came on a Friday, the pc was delivered to a neighbour which wasn’t ideal! When I managed to get the delivery opened up the damaged box to find I only had one monitor, I ordered 2, spoke to AW about the issue the sent me an additional monitor but wasn’t the same one I originally ordered to now I have 2 different monitor sizes. Also as the time of ordering I requested a Wi-Fi card in the pc when it was delivered I had Wi-Fi plugs instrad

AWGaming build quality is superb. Ordered a powerful PC Lian li i9 and they even upgraded my motherboard for free so everything works better/faster. Most impressive was the delivery. Computer is a beast and had to come on a pallet. Although it had been raining heavily and I was late getting home nothing inside the wrapping/packaging was even slightly wet. Carl kept me informed every step and even sent me a replacement Norton code. Extremely pleased with my product and service. I would recommend.

I don’t think I have enough characters to express how good these guys are. Took the time to listen to me and then methodically built a PC to the spec I wanted at an affordable price. Carl in particular is very knowledgeable, explains the pros and cons and will go above and beyond. Thank you.

Great computer just what I wanted great for gaming! Monitor looks good. Nice and slim tower also looks good but not the tower that was advertised. Keyboard that came with the computer was okay but felt cheap so I replaced it with a better wireless one
Overall with added upgrades I ordered price for this PC was great and would order again

AW Gaming had the best deal for the gaming PC I wanted and also provides a good level of customisation for any upgrades you wanted on the P. It was really easy to get in touch with customer service teams who were really helpful when I wanted to ask a couple of questions before I brought the PC as well as after I had purchased.

Communication was a bit difficult to start with due to it placing my order around Christmas time. However we got there in the end. Very happy with my purchase and the cost.

We bought a dual screen gaming set up for our son at Xmas, he can watch YouTube & play games at the same time with no glitches.
Great set up & I would highly recommend.

Order a Gaming PC set up for my sons Christmas. Within the set up I got everything he needed for his first gaming PC. The Pc itself is so well built and perfect for him getting used to changing from a console. The performance of the PC is better than I thought it would be, he's never complained of any lagging and all the games he has downloaded load up very quickly. The monitor is fine for a starter but we will be buying an extra monitor in the future. The delivery time was very fast and it was just a matter of plug it in and off he went on Christmas day. There is a lot of choice on AW Gaming and I will be sure to use them in the future for any other purchases.
