Après un mois d'attente d'un retour sur ma candidature, il m'a fallu contacter le(a) conseiller(e) pour enfin savoir qu'il était négatif. J'eusse apprécié que le(a) conseiller(e) m'en informe dès qu'il/elle en a eu connaissance. Le suivi des candidatures fait partie de son travail. Un gain de temps est important pour se positionner sur d'autres offres d'emploi, ceci doit être pris en considération
Ce fut étonnant et décevant de leur part.

Een vijfsterrenervaring dankzij Moran
Ik ben ontzettend tevreden over mijn ervaring met AXIS, en in het bijzonder met Moran. Vanaf het eerste contactmoment voelde ik mij gehoord, begrepen en professioneel begeleid. Moran nam echt de tijd om mijn verwachtingen en interesses te leren kennen, en kwam vervolgens met vacatures die perfect aansloten bij mijn profiel.
Wat me vooral opviel, was haar warme, persoonlijke aanpak gecombineerd met een zeer professionele opvolging. Ze was steeds bereikbaar voor vragen, gaf duidelijke informatie en volgde het hele proces nauwgezet op. Dankzij haar voelde ik mij goed voorbereid en ondersteund tijdens elke stap van de procedure.

First of all, I would like to thank Axis Group, and especially Leidina, for all the work and effort they have put into helping me. It all started with an exploratory conversation that ultimately led to a great collaboration, allowing me to secure the best and most fitting offer. This was all made possible thanks to the excellent guidance and the valuable tips I received. I can only speak highly of their way of working and the professionalism that was involved. I am very excited to start at Aon as a Claims Handler in Automotive Support.

Vlot job op maat gevonden dankzij Axis
