So far I did not face any problem as regards placing orders.. Dispatch & courier service need improvement though

I informed Ayurkart of pathetic service quality of Indian Postal Deptt, even before My order #59967 exited Ayurkart warehouse or store. But still they cancelled private courier(Delivery) and delayed dispatch by 1 day from there Chennai location (Total time taken to receive package =11 days). Now after waiting for 3 days item was not delivered by Indian postal department(was kept on hold), instead a person visited the Delivery address(on 4th day) and asked to receive the package from the Post Office by me (customer) because the parcel weight is more and  Indian postal department employee is incompetent to be able to do doorstep delivery. It is a highly inconvenient thing for a working professional. If not positive communication from ayurkart is received then I'll not buy from there website.

You should add cash on delivery facility also
