This payroll is very unreliable, every week I get paid at different times instead of midnight like most companies 🙄

They also have 1 to many deductions and fee’s without a valid explanation and due to them being so inconsistent with their payroll I have decided to leave the organisation/agency connected to them and go work with another who isn’t robbing me weekly. Out of the few companies I have worked with this payroll is by far the worst.

Amazingly friendly and helpful they are. I particularly benefited a lot from their online training portal for my career journey. Thank you, AZebra, for supporting me every step of the way in my career.

Impossible to contact them, they just leave you hanging on the line until you give up.... Easier to your GP even they dont make you wait for so long.

Contacting by telephone is difficult. You are subjected to long introductions before connection. They also do not reply to at least three emails I sent to them.

Azebra Insisted I do a Credas verification check online though I do not know how to do this. Tried numerous times on Credas website to do this to no avail with code given to me by Azebra from Credas. Azebra was unhelpful over the phone when I wanted to make an appointment to come. Therefore, I came to their address in Kings Langley in person to be verified by them instead for Credas check so I can be paid. I arrived only to find out they have moved out elsewhere and they have left no forwarding address in social media. Even brought my passport for this purpose. They made it clear I will not be paid until this is done.

Poor communication and unhelpful attitude are by abiding impressions of this firm.

They randomly signed me out of my pension and didn't take contributions; On another occasion they didn't pay me despite issuing a payslip and then they took only one instead of two pension contributions despite it being their error. My numerous emails have been ignored and they've blocked my phone calls. Also their pension contributions are on a payslip rather than period worked basis which they don't tell you upfront. AVOID!!!

Excellent customer service from Tanya at the call centre today. Hadn’t been paid due to a late approval by the school I’ve been working with. Despite some problems on the school side, Tanya was extremely helpful. Was on the phone to me all afternoon and was really efficient at getting the job done. Exceptional service 👍

Love their training saved me a fortune! Worth signing up for that alone.

They start so good, great account setup, detailed explanation and guide and great customer service, and as months pass by they start to slack and miss spell your last name on your payslips, unable to access payslip on the portal, delayed payments, incorrect payslip sent to you, if you get paid every 6weeks as opposed to weekly you’d lucky if you get paid before 10am on a Friday, and when your proceed to investigating they pass on the blame’s and lack communication as to timeline of payments! The abolition worst! Never I mind again. Vlog to follow shortly!

brilliant company, great courses

Utterly disgusting company who lie through their teeth, don’t pay you on time, remove excessive fees that they appear to make up each month and then take pension contributions for months despite you opting out. They never take accountability and repeatedly blame other parties and when you query things and give your details to them on the phone, please don’t be under the impression that they are actually doing anything on the other side of the phone! Avoid unless you want to have to chase constantly!
