Azebra is a good platform to learn and refresh yourself with different learning modules and topics. If you reach your goal by finishing all modules then you will get a certificate which is a good experience and a plus for your employment.

The trainings are relevant to my role and the terms are simple and easy to understand.

Absolutely incompetent. This is the THIRD time they’ve messed up my leaving date. Every time it happens I end up paying £500 a month in tax. They’re so incompetent that I’d be3n working for another company for 5 weeks and they still hadn’t sent them my P45 even after being told by my agency a month before I left the agency. Utterly useless. Prior to that they’d caused me to endure months of Emergency tax at a time when I could least afford it. I paid them to pay me and they never got it right. I was constantly emailing them to find out why my pay was different each week despite working the exact same hours. They even doubled the amount they charged me without bothering to tell me. Can’t wait until this ‘company’ is regulated properly, hopefully they’ll go out of business. They can’t tell the difference between a leaving date of 14th of April and 12th of May. Absolutely useless!!!! DEFINITELY AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

I love the free training that they offer and I have always been paid on time without any problems.

Dealt with better umbrella companies. Quite often your message would go unanswered so I would end up ringing to get an answer to my query. Always paid on time, but service often lacked

Absolutely awful! Couldn't get the contract to work online, ignored my numerous requests to fix, paid me anyway but refused to give me a payslip...ever! When contract ended, No P45 despite numerous requests, then put me down as ending one day after the new tax year even though I left months ago and messed up my current tax as a result. Do yourself a favour and AVOID!

For some reason, my weekly wage has gone down by over 10% recently.

I do NOT know if the problem lies with my agency or with the umbrella payments provider but either way, this situation is intolerable & I am cancelling my association with this group!

Azebra have been amazing throughout the lockdown period and so helpful with furlough payments, they made the uncertain time a lot less stressful for me. They are quick to respond to any emails and I’m thankful for everything.

All went smoothly. When e-mailed about my personal circumstances I received a detailed response back within 2 days every time.

Throughout the period of Furlough inparticular, I have found the team at Azebra to be extremely efficient and helpful. Various team members I have dealt with have always replied promptly to any enquiries in a friendly and reassuring way. Never disappointing!

I am grateful to you for thinking of me, and allowing me to be furloughed.
