Bad customer experience
The company have had my money since 20th April. They know the parcel is lost. They refused to send a replacement and won't issue a refund until they have completed their internal claims process. I've never known a company that makes a customer be out of pocket whilst they hold the money and protect themselves. Slow responses with little care. My latest email asking for a response within 48hrs was completely ignored.

My baby loves Babiators
My baby loves the Babiators so much she cries when I try to take them off! I haven’t even needed the strap I bought to keep them on yet although I’m sure in time I will. Great quality and they stay on nicely.

Good service, quick delivery. It os a shame the loss guarantee has been removed, but the breakage guarantee is still in place. Lovely glasses and so cute on my daughter.
