Amazing customer service. I bought the ear seeds and ring - delighted with them. Great quality and look really pretty

The seeds have made no difference at all to my headaches.

I had a reaction to these and emailed to ask advice for further use etc and never got a response back- very disappointed.

It’s still early days, and I’ve only done one cycle with the seeds, so can’t quite give it 5 stars yet! However, my experience has been positive so far. I felt calmer during the first round, and more relaxed - I used the positioning for anxiety. I need to do a few more rounds to see if the placebo effect is at work, and whether timing played an issue, as I went away for a very enjoyable weekend whilst wearing them. So far though, I’m happy with my purchase and am feeling that they had an impact.

The ear seeds far too small, could not get them in my ear; lost 4 of them just trying, really wanted them to work as I absolutely believe in acupuncture, so disappointed

Seeds arrived in beautiful packaging. Found it a bit fiddly placing some of the seeds. I bought these as I’m a worrier and over-thinker but I don’t think they made any noticeable difference. If there was an Olympic category for worrying then I’d win it! For example I was worried a seed might come unstuck and enter the ear canal! None did though and they stayed in place for the five days very well. I’m probably a lost cause so give them a go they might work for you.

Sadly at the moment it’s 1 star, I’ve waited weeks and still not received and yet I’m getting emails to review and ask how I’m getting on… well I can’t review as not received! I’ve emailed them and had no reply so I’m going to have to try and claim back via my bank. At the moment sadly I’d say avoid.

Didn’t do anything for me a waste of thirty quid do not recommend

I've bought these for anxiety because of all of the great reviews but they haven't done anything for me, I am abit disappointed as i was hoping they would work.

I have emailed your company to explain these do not stick inside the lobe of the ear, you give no extra stickers, all comes all lovely and gift wrapped but within 7 days i had to replace 3 times. And yea i sanitised the area.

Like the neck pillow and mat. Delivery was a problem but your company sorted the problem without fuss. Thank you

I was so excited about trying this product and I put it in my ear and in couple of hours they weren’t stick in my ear… I feel I wasted my money

Would have been perfect but the pearls fell of the tape after a couple of days. I’ll have to stick with the plain ones from now on.

My daughter has ME and a friend of mine told me about this product. Easy to order, efficient and all very easily explained. We’ve only just started to try it, you need to be patient applying them as it’s quite fiddly! Don’t know results yet, but needed to try it!

These little gems have saved my life. My anxiety used to be through the roof and I feel so much calmer and less anxious. I feel like a huge brick has been lifted off my shoulders.

I did lose couple 1st time , but with Acu seed tweezers it’s really not to bad , hardly noticeable all good

Being put into surgical menopause was a shock and a difficult time. HRT wasn’t quite enough and I was battling anxiety and stress that I have never experienced before. I turned to East Healing sceptically but what a huge difference the acu seeds have made. I feel so much better and they have really helped me feel more like myself again! I would definitely recommend trying.

They may only be tiny but they have made a big difference to me. My gut has settled down after 2 years and I feel so much better. I can't recommend them enough
