It was so cute I ordered it for my lit girl and it was perfect

I placed on order for one of the twins yes it was difficult to figure out what side was witch as they say left or right so I put in the one that i thought i liked. knowing that it could be wrong. But waited forever for it to ship was given no time frame on when it would be here. then i get the doll and it is not what i ordered. ok i understand some dolls look differant then pics but it said it was weighted in the head no it was not. no bendable silicone. rerached out and just got A 10 % refund which is ok i guess

I wish I could have looked at these reviews before I ordered from here. Because I ordered a baby for my daughter for Christmas and it didn’t get here until three weeks almost four. Also the box was a tiny beat up as well as the baby was not at all the same baby in the picture that they had on the website

I ordered a baby doll for my little girl as a Christmas present because she had been going on and on about having a Reborn doll. I did an online search and came across the Babiesprincess website, I did not read any reviews, I just looked at the dolls as they were very reasonably priced. I went on to place an order and I asked if it would be possible to please have the doll sent before Christmas as it was a present for my little girl. After I had bought and paid for the doll, I went on to look at some reviews about the company, I know I should have done that before actually buying the doll, but I got so excited that I'd found one that I didn't have to spend a fortune buying! Anyway after reading all the very poor reviews, I was put off and decided to go and cancel my order, which I did, I sent them an email explaining that I didn't want the doll anymore and to cancel my order and issue me with a full refund. They replied straight away saying that it was too late to cancel and that the doll had already been posted and if I was not happy with it then I could return it for a refund minus the shipping cost. So all I could do was wait and see what the doll would look like. After reading the reviews, I was certain that the doll would be very badly made and wouldn't look good at all and I would have to send it back. It arrived a few days before Christmas and came in a lovely little presentation box. When I opened it I expected to see something hideous! But to my surprise and amazement it was lovely! It was beautifully made, anatomically correct, came with all the accessories and the outfit I had bought and I was very pleased with it. I wrapped it up and my little girl opened it in Christmas morning and absolutely loves it! So I am a very happy customer! I'm not sure why they are receiving so many negative reviews, but I for one would recommend them and buy from them again.

I wish I had of seen these reviews before I purchased these dolls I still haven’t got my dolls and it’s been about 4 weeks almost this is the worst thing that ever happen to me from ordering something on line

Ordered a doll and immediately cancelled (within the hour) my purchase due to reviews and no delivery date (I was trying to get before Christmas). They responded saying they would not give me a refund until I tell them why. I get a follow-up email about 8 hours later stating that they can only give me 85% of my money back because the doll was already made so do I want to continue. Explained that I emailed them before I received the confirmation email and per the policy I get a full refund if cancelled before doll is shipped out. Shady company and horrible customer service, do not buy from them!

I ordered the stall for my little girl for Christmas it's supposed to be a boy doll but it's dressed as a girl. You could buy this doll at the dollar store for 10 bucks you people that sell these dolls are despicable human beings these are little girls who love these styles and you send things like this it doesn't look anything like what we ordered it's dressed like a girl but it has a boy part and I'm absolutely disgusted do not order from this company they are a scam. You need to give everybody their money back although you won't because you're scam artist you enjoy hurting little girls I'm glad I opened it before Christmas because what a disappointment. I would never order anything from you again and I will make sure that I let everyone else that no that I can not to order from your company. I wish I could post pictures because side by side they look nothing alike. You're absolutely disgusting human beings scam artist. Send it

The experience seems to be the same as everyone else. Doll looks nothing like the picture. I could have bought one at the dollar store for a ton less. The quality is ridiculous. My daughter tried to email them about the situation and they have her blocked from doing so.

I’m so divested my mom said I can buy only one thing for always watching my baby sister and I picked out one of there dolls when it came it was nothing like the photos. It smelled of plastic so bad and she was so small. It felt like a dollar tree doll. Please be careful!

I tried ordering one of these dolls for my grandaughter and it would not let me put my card in this website and it said frod activity or something like that so I was not able to buy my doll from this website . Please be careful

Please do not buy a doll from this website.The doll looks nothing like the picture and customer service is shocking

We ordered the Avatar 12" Baby Doll for our daughter. The doll that was delivered is nothing like the doll from the pictures shown on the site. The doll pictured was flexible silicone, with no seams at the shoulders or hips, and able to open his/her eyes. The doll that was delivered looks like a cheap knock-off and smells of plastic. Absolutely devastated.

We ordered twins and got a doll that we did not order and then got a run around when we asked about them. Saw where we were not going to get what we ordered and get rid of these people we took a 10% refund
Will not order anything else from them

We want Captain up in here I haven't even tried it but download a lot of sites like this are scams like a lot of them too and they all the same thing
