If I could give these people a zero stars, I would. They make it hard to cancel. It’s hard to find where to log in to account in order to manage it. I’ve tried everything and finally had to cancel my card because although I emailed them back to the email address they emailed me from to welcome me, on the same day to cancel trial. I was charged twice.

Even after I cancelled my subscription I was still charge $12.99 wtf???

Please never even consider using this app, I had to go through wormhole after wormhole of how to cancel this stupid subscription

I didn't even use this myself but yet somehow it was taking money out weekly for how long I don't know! Please please please don't ever use this!!!

Their customer service is Terrible, I didn’t even use the service because their website wouldn’t even load the photo, so I cancelled and they won’t refund me the money they took after I had already cancelled.

Avoid, Didn’t realise it automatically starts a random subscription, luckily it was linked to an account I rarely use so it didn’t have funds and I was able to block payments.

To cancel subscription on the webpage go to memberships and then cancel from there.

I wish there was a way to give them zero stars. I signed up for fun and did not realized I was getting scammed. they charged me $12.99 per week. If you try to go sign in once you have a membership you can’t, they claim to send you a one time password email to manage membership but never sends the password. TOTAL SCAM. I had to dispute the charges and inform my bank of the issue. On top of that if you try to get help from the website by emailing them they only have an automated message that replies and even says if you have issues managing your subscription to reply to the email. However, when you reply to the automated email it’s a dead end they never get intouch to help but somehow has the time to charge you for the subscription! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN WITH IT!

Same here. Scam. I didn’t even realise it was $12.99 a week? You can’t even find a way to unsubscribe. They sent me an email when I didn’t even provide my email!!!! It’s just weird. I am going to probably change my card details now..

Tried this website just like anyone did.
I was shocked when I couldn't find in the App store the subscription so I could cancel it, and even I read the reviews here I was real panicked.
I wrote them an email about me wanting for them to cancel my subscription, and nothing.
Minutes later, I wrote them an email about how I want the cancelation on my membership and If I won't receive an email about it in less than three hours, I will give their information to police, and guess what, I received the email about them canceling my subscription.
I also had the option to cancel it on the website after a while.
I recommend you all to block your card and send them an email to cancel your subscription,but not a nice one!

They billed me yearly money for 3 years and i did not find where to cancel it since it not was a app only a webpage. So really bad they charged me $79 per year. And i was not able to login and cancel it either. SCAM!!!

I signed up for what I thought was a fun little baby face generator, only to realize later that I was being charged $12.99 per week without any clear warning. The service itself is a joke—basic AI-generated images that you can get for free elsewhere. On top of that, canceling is also not possible since you don't even create an account before getting charged. Stay far away from this scam!
