Scam. They do not add any verification process or kyc procedure before or while charging a card as required by all regulated payment systems. So you will add your email as part of “registration” (there is no one in fact, you just put your email) and will be required to add your card to the website but like “just to confirm a trial period”. And then in case of any misprint in your email or if you put a wrong email, you will not be able to manage the subscription and cancel card charges. Again, they do that on purpose, they did not add email verification step as required just because they want to continue charging your card. Their support does not answer, there is just an automated reply. The only resolution is to contact your bank and block the card.

And what is interesting is that even when I have blocked my card, I continue receiving the bank notification of them trying to charge my card. Like several times in a row.

I haven't even created a profile and they withdraw money anyway even if you cancel before the three free days are up. You dont have any chance to stop it. They are a scam company! I had to block my card.

If I could give the company 0 stars I would. To begin, the service provided is bottom of the barrel quality and doesn’t provide what you’d expect. Moreover in order to receive the pictures you have to sign up for a 3 day “free” trial, which is then followed up by a $9.99 or £7.78 fee WEEKLY which can only be cancelled if you happened to sign up with your email address, if you were like me and did Apple Pay…then you got scammed. I had to contact the company and ask them to cancel my membership but it was useless as I got no reply, so I proceeded with calling my bank to report fraud Lou’s activity and ask them to cancel the subscription. Please do not risk your safety and money for an atrocious app which doesn’t even do what it promises.

Thank goodness I read the reviews on here after trying to cancel the membership plan. I just went ahead and cancelled my card immediately, don't wait an hour for them to set up your account.

There are no words to describe companies like this one. They exist solely to destroy the lives of innocent, honest and hardworking people in their pursuit of shameful greed. Whoever is in charge of this monstrosity should be ashamed for not only providing an utterly abysmal product, but also for making a living from being thieving b******s.

Do not wait around for them to "set up" your account, cancel your card immediately.

first of all, it is not AI, it is just making one of the two pictures look "younger" something that you could do a decade ago for free. it is over priced if you do not cancel within time. 2 days and not 3 days, due to they will withdraw 24 hour prior to the end of the free trial. as many others have also state this seems like a scam site, many of the links on the site is broken, it is not easy to cancel due to they use an "hour" to set it up. but I do not trust that, so I have removed my cards from google pay, and suggest all to remove or freeze their cards.

This site is a scam and a waste of time. Look else where. If you try it out you have a subscription. Takes an hour to even try to unsubscribe. This site is a joke and unrealistic. Worst site ever.

Thanks everyone for your warnings! I just signed up but saw one of the links didn't work on their website which is usually a sign it's a scam and lo and behold it is. I reported my card lost to my bank just now and removed all my cards from my Google play store (that's how I signed up to the 'free trial') and now I've hopefully saved money thanks to you all, so thank you! Also the baby faced were just the same baby over and over. Total rubbish.

Update: Updating my card didn't work. Two weeks have gone by, and I'm sitting here thinking that because I reported my card lost and had a new card sent to me, that I wouldn't get charged, but they still took about £12 from me. I went to my bank and told them to block any future transactions from the seller. Hopefully that works.

SCAM! It doesn’t give you the option to cancel subscription and you don’t have to sign up. Also it’s worse quality and stores your photo. Stay away from them. Luckily, I cancelled my card straight away before they bill cos I read the reviews,

Scammers!! Thanks to the many people who had reported this being a scam saved me from losing money. Don’t waste your time. It one of the worst ai baby generators and don’t even match on photos. I reported my card lost/stolen they had tried to charge me twice 10USD IN TWO NIGHTS OF EACH OTHER. Then sent me an email saying they had cancelled subscription because well there isn’t a membership login page. BEWARE CANCEL YOUR CARD IMMEDIATELY IF YOU HAVE SUBSCRIBED!!!

Scam!!! I tried the 'free' trial and the next 2 days I tried to cancel subscription and it wouldn't let me once they had taken payment it then let me cancel I repeatedly asked them to refund my money and they keep spamming me with the same message over and over that they do not issue refunds! STAY AWAY!!!

They have charged my account every week for 3 months! They have deducted about 300 USD from my account and I even don’t know how they have access to my card without me subscribing in their website!!!!
