I didn’t receive my order
I bought 3 panties more than 12 days ago. I paid for the shipping which is not cheap and after 7 days of waiting I received only 2 units and I can't contact the store and there is no way to track where the rest of my purchase is. It was the first time I bought it through the site and I don't recommend it! Lack of respect for the consumer. By the way, I'm going to have my baby in 10 days and I didn't receive what I bought to use in the maternity hospital.

Nursing Pillow
I ordered a nursing pillow as it’s the same brand we were using in NICU. They’re super soft and easy to use for feeding sessions to get those tricky latches. Ordered next day and was happy I did.

Customer service very good and promptly responded. The product looked very well made, but unfortunately for me the Velcro does not stay on:( . I did measure before ordered and my size was xl but still small for my tummy as Velcro does not hold.

Size chart inaccurate on compression socks
I placed an order for compression socks based on their size chart, and found them not true to fit, despite mostly 5 star reviews on the product. I therefore tried to leave my own review so others could see my experience before placing an order, but my review has not been posted on the item I purchased.
Edit: babygo did offer me a free return and refund for the product. However, I still do not see my review about sizing posted on their site, though they acknowledged I purchased the correct size per their chart, so the issue would be raised with their product team.

I had a bad experience with this…
I had a bad experience with this company. I ordered some maternity pants and decided to get a sleep suit for my 3 week old. Then I kept getting emails saying that the colour sleeepsuit I selected has been sold out (even though at the time of purchase, it was available on the website). They offered me to choose another colour from the available ones. So far so good. However, I kept choosing and this repeated 3 times! I’d choose a suit and someone would get back to me to tell me that this too has been sold out. Finally, I cancelled the whole order. The life of a new parent is already busy and stressful enough, and the last thing I needed was to be charged such high prices and to be pushed around for weeks. I wouldn’t buy again from this company.

At the moment, some of our sleep suits are experiencing very low stock due to higher-than-expected demand, which can unfortunately lead to updates in availability after an order is placed.

v helpful customer service
had problems with returning an item, had to use credit instead. Customer service contacted me and gave me a code to get free delivery on my return so i wasn't paying twice for postage for the replacement item. they also gave me a discount which enabled me to get a better item. I got a support belt, which was much better than the one i got off amazon. more secure with better velcro.
