I had a bad experience with this company. I ordered some maternity pants and decided to get a sleep suit for my 3 week old. Then I kept getting emails saying that the colour sleeepsuit I selected has been sold out (even though at the time of purchase, it was available on the website). They offered me to choose another colour from the available ones. So far so good. However, I kept choosing and this repeated 3 times! I’d choose a suit and someone would get back to me to tell me that this too has been sold out. Finally, I cancelled the whole order. The life of a new parent is already busy and stressful enough, and the last thing I needed was to be charged such high prices and to be pushed around for weeks. I wouldn’t buy again from this company.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to place your order and then be informed multiple times that the selected sleep suit colours were no longer available. At the moment, some of our sleep suits are experiencing very low stock due to higher-than-expected demand, which can unfortunately lead to updates in availability after an order is placed.
That said, we completely appreciate how stressful this would have been especially with a newborn and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience and delay this caused you.

v helpful customer service
had problems with returning an item, had to use credit instead. Customer service contacted me and gave me a code to get free delivery on my return so i wasn't paying twice for postage for the replacement item. they also gave me a discount which enabled me to get a better item. I got a support belt, which was much better than the one i got off amazon. more secure with better velcro.

Outstanding Service!
Lucy was just incredible!! I have mobility issues and have been after a supportive pregnancy belt for some time. The one I was after was out of stock, however Lucy went above and beyond and resolved this for me and managed to source me one to be sent. This has saved stress and pain I really don’t need in pregnancy! Thank you Lucy!!

The magnetic door locks were rubbish
The magnetic door locks were rubbish. Very difficult to fit so they worked and came off easily. Waste of money.

Uncomfortable. Waistband rolls.
Lovely quality and fast delivery but the waist band slides down and rolls whenever you bend or sit causing it to dig into your belly and is painful. Wore so can’t send back but wouldn’t recommend

Really love the BabyGo brand for my baby. I wanted bamboo sleepsuits and vests for the heatwave and they arrived really quickly and are beautifully made! Sizes run extremely small
Sizes run extremely small. I am usually a size 8-10 but need an XL, and even then the legging are a tight fit!

Excellent customer service
I have bought a few babygo items throughout my pregnancy, including the pregnancy support belt, compression socks and the babygo air double wearable breast pump. I had some issues with the pump not holding as much charge as advertised and being quite a bit louder than expected. I contacted babygo and within less than 24 hours they had assessed the unit via video and sent out a replacement. For a new mum who is very reliant on the pump I couldn't have asked for better customer service from Lucy.

Sleeping bags are incredible
Sleeping bags are incredible , super soft, wash well and one of the only companies we’ve found where the are longer length so loads of room to grow. We also purchased pyjamas which are also fantastic

Great customer service
The products from this business are all really lovely- we have the yoga ball/ breast pump and pregnancy support belt
When my pregnancy support belt had some loose stitching in it I emailed the customer service team and they were so helpful and kind- they sent me a new belt immediately!
Would highly recommend this company!!
