Good customer service
I had to chase the order as it seemed to be taking a long time to arrive. Turns out it had been lost in transit however as soon as this was identified a replacement was sent via next day delivery with an alternative carrier, so I'm very happy. The birth ball I ordered is lovely and firm, good quality.

Im a grandma
Im a grandma, with back issues... The support belt have really improved my mobility and reduced my pain. I had a little issue with delivery, however the customer support team at `babygo, especially Caitlin have been most helpful and resolved the issue in a timley manor.
Highly recommended.

The store is great and the quality of the belt is excellent, but there were delivery issues. I always have problems with Evri. Next time, it would be better to use Royal Mail.

I received a duplicate item as part of my order after all the other items had been delivered. I got in touch with Babygo and Lucy in customer service was super helpful in getting a collection arranged and sorted for them to pick up the unwanted item. The products are very good, easy to install and work as advertised. I purchased the oven lock and magnetic cabinet locks with the corner protectors.
The cabinet locks did not arrive (either not sent or got lost in shipping) but this was quickly sorted out over email by Lucy

They've a great selection of stuff
They've a great selection of stuff, it was easy to shop and dispatched quickly. The items seem to be of good quality. I wish the exercise ball / birthing ball had come in a box, rather than the components (pump etc) just being directly in a dispatch bag. A box would be easier to store - as I've ordered it earlier than I need it, learning from previous pregnancies that is better to have these things to hand.

Post partum leggings
Bought 2 pairs of post natal leggings and I'm really pleased with them, they are of high quality. They are a nice thick material, and get no vpl in them which is great coz let's be honest most of us are wearing big knickers post partum! They are stretchy, but also act a bit like a comfy spanx type waist which has given me a much better figure under tops to hide the mum tum post c-section. They come to above my belly button which is great for sucking in my muffin top. Just wish they had pockets!!! I wear them everyday and have recommended them to other mums at the baby groups I go to. Very quick delivery.
