Hard working, respectful, attention to detail
The workers arrived on time, they were very polite, hard working and respectful. Despite the heat they continued their physically demanding workload. I have already booked Back to Bases to do more jobs for me. Thank you 😊

From start to finish back to bases has been efficient, professional and friendly.
Keen to find solutions to tricky areas - Darren’s team - especially Dave - were reliable, speedy and cleaned away after installing electrics for our outdoor room.

Decent base
Decent base. Great lads, worked hard and made sure they completed the base on the day when the materials didn't show up and had to go back and forth to get more until it did. Highly recommended

No hesitation in recommending Backtobases
Backtobases were recommended to us and they certainly didn't let us down. We needed a replacement outside gate and were quoted a reasonable price. Joey duly turned up as agreed and completed the job, professionally and with courtesy and respect. No payment was asked for until we were satisfied that the job had been completed as agreed. This was the case. We would have no hesitation in using these guys again and would certainly recommend them. Thanks again. Ron

Had a great experience with this company. The team who came out were friendly, polite, and worked incredibly hard from start to finish.
They kept the area clean and were honest when reviewing the old base, explaining that replacement wasn’t immediately needed rather than trying to upsell. The new concrete base looks fantastic. Highly recommend them.

Wonderful experience from initial inquiry to the installation of the concrete base. Darren answered every question and understood my requirements. At installation, Russell, Kevin and Darren No 2 worked hard, acted professionally, came well prepared and put me at ease. They advised me well on positioning the base and I am happy with the result and they left the garden tidy.

Fabulous company
Great communication from start to finish. We found Back to Bases when looking at Crown Pavillion Summer houses. Darren was very familiar with these installations and knew the correct measurements and necessary parameters. We used their tree Surgeons and groundwork team, all the guys were very knowledgeable, polite, clean and tidy and helpful. When we came across logistic issues, they had great ideas to overcome them.
Very competitively priced with easy to understand invoices. Emma kept us all updated with timings etc via a WhatsApp group.
Very very happy with our end results. The quality of products used is outstanding. Will definitely be our first port of call for any future ground/tree works.
Thank you all at Back to Bases 🥰
