Backtobases Opiniones

I had a shed base, paving and some block edging installed and I’m very pleased with the final result. The guys worked very hard in cold and sometimes wet conditions to keep it on track so that my shed could be installed on time. Happy to recommend!

Get and and do what they say they will do. Good communication.

Reliable and very well organised company.
They have done a concrete base for us. Overall satisfied.

Back to Bases demolished an old shed, and installed a new base for a new shed (on top of the old base), and they were very flexible and professional. The new base was non-standard dimensions and in a tight corner, and they coped with it. They did things on time and worked quickly, and the end product seems good.

Good communication, quick response to ongoing questions. Clean, tidy workers. Would recommend

From initial visit to the construction of the base the Backtobases team were both helpful and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Having been badly let down by a previous contractor I was nervous about going ahead with the works . Back to Bases took the trouble to understand my predicament and offered quotes for different options. Communication was exceptional with excellent timekeeping and a polite "can do" attitude from all personnel. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

We can't impress on you sufficiently how impressed we have been by the team of Joey, Alfie and Ollie, who were prompt, polite, communicative, very efficient and hard working, particularly yesterday through the increasing rain. They have cleared up totally and left the garden tidy.
Thank you for the work.

They did a fantastic job transforming our garden with a complex brief, including cutting down several trees, removing part of the existing terrace and preparing a solid base for a new garden room. The work was completed on time, the team was professional throughout, and communication was always clear and straightforward.

What impressed me most was how they handled a mistake: a few too many slabs were removed from the terrace by accident, but they immediately acknowledged it and came back at a convenient time to put it right, free of charge. That kind of accountability and customer care is rare and gave me a lot of confidence in them.

Overall, I am very happy with the result and can only recommend Back to Bases. I will gladly use them again for future projects.

Constructed a reinforced concrete base for an octagonal greenhouse. Work carried out to a high standard and they cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The team were friendly, professional and efficient. Would recommend.

Back to Bases were very helpful and informative from my initial inquiry regarding the laying of a concrete shed base to receiving, very quickly, 3 competitively priced quotes. On deciding what type of base I required a date was agreed and the workmen arrived on time and did a great job. I would have no hesitation in recommending Back to Bases and would use them again in the future.

Fantastic job to get a decrepit old fence replaced with a smart new one in double quick time with little fuss. The team were friendly, polite and professional, and you could see in their sweeping up afterwards how much they respect their customers.

I was recommended this firm by a greenhouse company, and my initial reaction to the quote was surprise at how expensive it was. After reflecting, I recognised I was out of touch with prices and accepted the quote, and this proved the right action. Everyone I dealt with at the company was patient and helpful, but I was most impressed with the two men who undertook the job. Despite frequent offers, they declined drinks and did not need to use any of the facilities in our home. I admired their attention to detail as they set up for concreting, and the finished product looked superb. But that was not all. To obtain water, one of the men repaired the broken hose connection, another closed the garage door, moved three waste bins to close the side gate, and replaced the bins correctly. As promised, the areas where they worked were left clean and tidy.

Great Experience from “Back to basics” from beginning to end was recommend to them I needed them, to the to take down a shed and get rid of the shed. Answered my call, gave me a quote within 5 mins, arranged a date that worked for me and was quick to get sorted. Arrived on time, very tidy and did a great job and tidied up after. All done within an hour. Highly recommend.

We recently had five fence panels replaced and a new wooden side gate installed, and we’re absolutely delighted with the results. The new fences look fantastic—sturdy, straight, and a huge improvement to the garden. The side gate is excellent quality too, fitted with a secure key lock and both upper and lower fixtures, which makes it feel solid and reliable.

The work was professional, efficient, and tidy throughout the job. Everything was completed on time and to a very high standard. We’re really pleased with the workmanship and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality fencing or gate installation.

Tony and the team did an amazing job on my garden project. From start to finish they were easy to work with, super friendly, and really knew what they were doing. The communication was spot on, they turned up when they said they would, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

The quality of the work is brilliant — the garden looks completely transformed, even better than I pictured. They were tidy, professional, and clearly take pride in what they do. Honestly can’t recommend Tony and his team enough. If you’re thinking about getting any garden work done, these are the guys to go with!

Back To Bases completed the base for our new shed and renovation of the base for our garden office on time and to a great standard. The team was very courteous and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. We'll definitely use them again when we need more work done in our garden.

We needed a concrete base for a new outbuilding, spoke to Tony via WhatsApp who quickly arranged a quote. Excellent communication and a quick turnaround for the work to be carried out. Very happy with his Team, who were very polite and hardworking. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Tony was so helpful and accommodating, can’t recommend him highly enough.

I engaged the services of “Back to Bases” to help dismantle a Pergoda and Flower bed/Soil in the garden. I spoke to Tony who gave a very competitive price, clear communication. Mark and Ollie did a fantastic job on the day, very professional, respectful and cleaned up the area as they found it.

Would highly recommend this business.
