Backtobases Opiniones

Back to Bases completed a bay window seating area in my kitchen which totally transformed my kitchen, allowing for a communal dining area out of what was unused space.

From start to finish I found Anthony and Steve (the main builder) so professional.
They measured up and gave numerous design ideas helping us to settle on what would be most practical for what we needed.

Timeframes for the build were accurate, with only a short delay which in most part was because of us going for a different window design.

Despite this, the flexibility that Anthony, Steve and the rest of the team offered was incredible. Any last minute change of mind from us was catered for without any grumbling or excuse.
Including the addition to flooring and underfloor heating that wasn’t originally planned.

Likewise, and as expected with any building work, any unforeseen issue or adaptation required was communicated by Steve or Anthony and agreed in a professional and friendly manner.

Every person that stepped into my house was polite, courteous and approachable. Even after the build was finished, Steve was kind enough to be on the end of the phone with anything I was unsure of offering help and advice.

After numerous quotes, Back to Bases offered a more than fair price for the work completed.
If you need honest, reliable and respectful builders then Back to Bases won’t disappoint.

We’re incredibly grateful for all of the work carried out, the timeframe it was completed and the effort put into the job.
Will definitely be holding onto these builders.

To everyone in the team, Thank you.

Contacted this company on recommendation to remove a metal shed in our garden. Booked a day and time which was convenient for myself. The two men arrived promptly, were very professional and tidy in their work. Very reasonably priced and will certainly use again.

We used Back to Bases to dismantle and remove our old wooden shed. Really great customer service from the start keeping us informed of the process at all stages. Then called once the job had been completed to ensure we were happy. Would definitely use again.

Hired this company to build a base for my garden office, the staff were so professional and helpful and guided me through every step to deliver exactly what I needed, they even helped me with adding some extra shingle along one side when I asked, would recommend 5 Stars.

From start to finish the team were all very professional, polite, left the work site clean and tidy and were always on time to start the work. At each stage of the work, they checked that i was happy and satisfied with the work. Tony was able to give me a competitive price for a shed base and perimeter fencing. I would highly recommend this company.

Dealing with back to bases has been easy, Daren responds very quickly to any enquiries, and work is booked in promptly. I had a concrete greenhouse base put in. The Back to bases guys turned up and were punctual and very polite, they worked very hard, on a hot day and an awkward site. I was consulted to the position of the base before work commenced, and again at the end of the job to check I was happy. They left the site very clean and tidy.

Back to Bases were great. They were efficient, very courteous and their price is pretty decent. They are also a trusted source.

They did an amazing job at 33 degrees! They also cleaned everything before they left.
Very efficient and professional.
We recommend Back to Base 100%.

Professional service by installation team. Quality of work and excellent.

Excellent service

Darren’s team arrived on time, very polite. They just got on with the job, removed my old Shed and put down a new base, cleaned up! Great job, no fuss!

Back to bases really bought our garden vision to life. The team were so helpful and nothing was too much to ask. We are very happy with our new patio and fences!

Excellent service. I had ordered a greenhouse from the greenhouse people (greenhousepeople.co.uk) who put me in touch with this this company as an approved installer for the base (as well as the greenhouse) which was beyond what I could do myself. Submitted video of site via whatsapp, and also pictures of our existing stonework. The only snag during the base build was a tree root which the guys managed to dig out by hand. The base matches our existing stonework perfectly, and the results are brilliant. The greenhouse is exactly what we wanted. We could not have asked for more, and thoroughly recommend this company.

They came prepared and efficient workers got the base completed quickly.

They are always quick to reply & give quote without any pressure.
They work very organised & tidy & everything taken away & place spotless.
Used them various times for fencing back & front garden also double side gates this time they took old shed down for us

They came on time, they were very kind and mannerable and they did excellent work on my shed base

Very good communication from Tony in the run up to the job. He was flexible.

Absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Back2bases Construction! They transformed my garden with pristine astro turf; a solid base for my summerhouse; decking and I couldn't be happier with the results. The work was completed professionally and within a timely manner, which I truly appreciated. I was kept informed about each stage of the project. The team was not only skilled but also incredibly polite and respectful throughout the process. It was a pleasure to have them on my property! If you’re considering garden renovations, I highly recommend Back2bases Construction for their excellent craftsmanship and outstanding customer service. I will definitely be using them again for future projects
