The package was sent via EVRI who are historically terrible couriers. I contacted customer service to say that my parcel had not arrived as per the tracking and asked for a replacement to be posted or a refund given but I have not had any further contact.

Very happy with my jack Russell sculpture. Looks beautiful near my fire place.

Easy to order fast delivery
This is my 3rd sheep flower pot I've bought. one for myself and the others for friends. Loved them.

They didnt have the item l ordered but were kind enough to inform me and refund my transfer with update on how long it would take .l didn’t give a 5 because they hadn’t already notified that the item was out of stock on the website ,but it worked out okay.

Perfect lovely item delivered in good time. No issues. Box was damaged in post but item was intact. Would have bought more if I could but they sold out.

Lovely Item for Flower

Order delivered on time, unfortunately one of the vases was badly damaged, but a phone call to customer services and they sent another one the next day which was fine, maybe a idea to put fragile tape on packaging thank you.

Great price, fast delivery and lovely items

Parcels arrived well packaged and within timescales. Company were quick to respond to my query. Goods were as described on website. Bird feeders much cheaper than local garden centre.

Excellent service good delivery would buy of this company again

Called in today and met ping and staff, very helpful and polite purchased goods at great prices not very easy to see from the road, but well worth a look at, I will be calling again for more bargains.
