This was the cheapest (unfortunately there is no free way to do it) software I could find for transferring my entire Whatsapp chat history from my old Android phone to my new Iphone and it worked perfectly eventually! I had some issues with the standard way initially, but e-mail support was quick to resolve the issue I had with a simple workaround. My entire whatsapp content is now transferred to my Iphone.

It is 100% legit way of transferring viber data from Android OS to iOS. Their online technical support has exceeded my expectations. Customer service is excellent!

Es war eine super schwere Geburt.

Ich hab ein Huawei P20 light und ein neues iPhone 13. Backuptrans habe ich mir auf mein MacBook Pro 2020 mit macOS Big Sur runtergeladen.
Voraussetzungen: Auf dem Android-Gerät muss USB-Debugging Modus aktiviert werden. (dazu gibts Anleitungen im Internet). Die SIM Karte muss noch drinstecken. WhatsApp Back-Up durchführen. Dann beide Handys mit dem Laptop verbinden und das tun, was backuptrans anzeigt.
Bis dahin hatte auch alles funktioniert, mir wurde im Programm mein kompletter WhatsApp-Chat angezeigt! Nur hat das Programm mein iPhone nicht erkannt - es wurde also nicht in der Leiste links angezeigt, sondern nur mein Huawei und ich war schon am verzweifeln und googlen usw.. Es heißt ja, man brauche die neuste iTunes Version aber mittlerweile ist iTunes ja in Apple Musik integriert, deshalb habe ich schon gedacht, dass es vielleicht daran liegt.
Letztendlich hat es doch geklappt! Und zwar musste ich WhatsApp schon auf dem iPhone installiert haben und meine Handynummer (von der SIM-Karte die noch im alten Handy drin war) verifiziert haben. Dann wird nach Back-Ups in WhatsApp gefragt, was man jedoch wegklicken muss. Von diesem Punkt an wurde mein iPhone endlich in der Leiste bei Backuptrans angezeigt und dann konnte ich den Chat auf mein neues Handy laden! Juhu!

Fazit: Bin mega happy, dass es jetzt funktioniert hat aber 1. ist das Programm in Englisch, was das Verständnis natürlich ein wenig schwieriger macht, 2. kostet es fast 30 Euro, und 3. saß ich da jetzt über 2 Stunden dran, deshalb nur 4 Sterne.

After reading a lot of reviews of similar softwares, I chose this one because of the rating in trustpilot. I can confirm it works without any problem to transfer whatsapp chats between Android and iOS. In my case, I had a Galaxy S20 and I transfer all the chat sucessefully to an IPhone 13. Just follow the instruction in their website (I did with method 2 withouth installing additional software from my side).

I tried alot of softwares for transferring my whatsapp from my old android to my new iphone and this one was the best, when i downloaded the software i bought "iPhone WhatsApp to Android Transfer" instead of "Android WhatsApp to iPhone Transfer" by mistake and the coustmer support helped me fast and professionaly.

Great program, our first transfer from Android to iPhone didn't transferred the picture files only the thumbnails. After contacting support and follow the transfer guide to the letter all went fine! Great support (and quick)!

Software gekauft, aber den Lizenzcode nie erhalten. Support hat auch auf die fünfte Email nicht reagiert. Hoffe, dass nun wenigstens die Gebühr rückerstattet wird.

Excellent logiciel, le seul valable que j'ai trouvé. Certes, il a un prix, mais après les multiples déboires que j'ai rencontrés avec d'autres applications du genre, je pense que c'est justifié. Je n'ai aucune compétence en informatique, mais grâce aux explications clairement fournies étape par étape, je suis parvenue à transférer toutes mes discussions Whatsapp de mon Anroid vers mon nouvel IPhone, sans aucune perte de donnée. Si vous maitrisez l'Anglais et que vous prenez le temps de vous installer au calme pour réaliser la procédure, vous atteindrez votre objectif. Merci aux développeurs de Backuptrans! Caroline

I got stuck getting the last step (transfering data from Mac to Iphone) done and the support team helped me very quickly and just right so everything worked perfectly fine.

Ok, this process (it is not a program, but a facilitated process to achieve a goal) is not for the fainted of heart, and having some basic problem solving skills helps. I had a crashed android, still functional with half a screen and an external keyboard, with >200000 messages in whatsapp, mostly work related. So I needed to keep them. But contacting apple helpdesk or reading android FAQ tells you one thing: all is end to end encrypted and not compatible. Just bite the bullet. But the author of this tool has found a dirty trick to fool the system and to still get access to non-encrypted messages. I am not going to say how as I want to keep this door open. At first it didn't work, but the helpdesk even helped half an hour remotely to identify my first core problem (a bad USB connector on my phone) and then with another old android phone, and an additional procedure he emailed me and some hits and fails I managed to move all. Once it is on your laptop it went smooth to the iPhone. It took me 5 nights to get all working but it worked. Thx again to the help desk of Backuptrans

Holy crap this works! I tried iTransor for whatsapp first but it didn't work for me. So I tried Backuptrans and it actually worked. The software looks a bit old fashioned but I can actually see what it is doing. You get a bunch of popups which can be confusing but the information provided is accurate.
