The order was received late
The order was received late. When I tried the purse on myself it is too long and past the four day to return. The four day return policy is not fair due to delays in delivery for the holidays. It is too short of a period for credit not even money back. Thank you

I actually like ordering for the…
I actually like ordering for the company. It was a very easy process. Speaking with the customer service rep was super easy and they tried to come up with a solution to help me get the product before I went out of town. My only issue was with UPS. They delivered while I was at work and when I requested to pick the item up, they told me it wouldn’t be ready until the next day which was the day I was going out of town and then they delivered it again, I was out of town when I told them to hold it. Thankfully, my mother spotted by my house at the exact time UPS arrived.
